But try telling that to some here they would rather fire McD and start all over again rather than build from here while continuing to win while doing it . Makes little to NO sense at all !! The Bills have had believe the 2nd best record in the league the past 5 years, 4 years in a row the #2 seed. Looking at it statistically the odds of them replacing McD and even being close to as good is very low as just little room to improve but a lot of room to get worse. Quote

I get wanting to give Babich his chance to prove himself, but it's crunch time and Babich isn't getting any HC'ing jobs next year. Trust your process and people and the product will be better. Quote

You see what transforming potential does with these kids and we consistently have underdeveloped potential every season with our DL. We need to figure out a way to lure Smith away from the Ravens. He’s the best positional developer of DL and pass rush talent in The League. Bring him in as the DC in title with a focus on the DL and pass rush. Kind of like what Babich has been for the LBs? Quote

Yep that's exactly why every one picked Miami & the Jets over them this year isn't it ? With all of the turn over on this team this year every one all the experts & fans were thinking they wouldn't even make the play offs and OH YAH they are once again # 2 . So with a few good draft picks next year why should they get any worse ? Most of the offensive players will be back correct & the D is what needs the most help i'd say so at the very least they should have another winning season unless the unthinkable happens ... 1 Quote

Ravens passing D is 29th in yards allowed---they were 6th last season. A new coordinator will do that, they’re a top 10 unit since the halfway mark and the best run defense in football Quote
