US Gov't Accountability in the EPA & FDA .

Why is it in the normal every day world in which we live in that if we do something wrong like over draft our checking accounts, assault someone, put something in someones food that would cause them to die we would be thrown in jail but our "Leaders" of the country are not held to the same standards ?

 

Is it written in the constitution that all gov't employees are above the same laws that we are expected to uphold ? 

 

The EPA allows chemicals that are known to be deadly disease causing such as round up, Dupont was allowed to use the chemical C-8 in the making of Tephlon for years & knew that it caused cancer prior to it's use & killed most any living thing it came in contact with (watch the Devil We Know) and was okay'd by the FDA to be put in use now NO ONE on planet earth not even new borns don't have that chemical in our blood stream but no one is or was held accountable .

 

Too all those that allowed agent orange to be used in Nam knowing that it caused terrible disease & are more than likely dead, then the only people that paid the price are those that in some BS war signed up to unknowingly go get that crap sprayed on them only to get all the diseases that it caused, & Monsanto that now produces round up  making MILLIONS & MILLIONS were never held accountable .

 

Sure they paid out a bunch of money but are still making a S**T ton of cash from producing a altered version of the same thing as agent orange & we in the US because of pure laziness continue to allow it to be used and never think twice even though it is banned in Europe & many other countries yet due to greed and American laziness and stupidity it is now in ALL things produced or grown with water .

 

But then there are those here that would rather rail on those that may have made some bad decisions in their professional lives and let all of this go under the rug and just not care about the hundreds of thousands effected by these type of things .

 

It would be really nice if the gov't would "round up" (Pun intended) all of those that allowed these types of atrocity's to take place and throw them in a prison in Siberia some where ! 

 

We have all of these great things to donate to like St.Jude & the American Cancer society to help those with this disease & to hopefully stop cancer but it never changes as they continue to flood our lives with these things causing this, here's a thought how about our gov't those being the EPA & FDA growing a set and stopping all of these things that cause cancer & other disease but that will never happen as long as the back door money continues .

 

But lets complain about the appointing of RFK & him wanting to stop some of this to make our lives better that's a awesome way to spend our time complain about this guy wanting to change things for a better life and continue down the same sick path we have been on . Insanity ??? Sounds like the definition of it to me !

 

Okay this is just another rant that nothing will ever become of and we all will go about our lives and do nothing about it but i felt the need to cleanse my pallet .

Oh i remember that Rumsfeld deal but that is the exact reason why those huge changes need to be made talk about corrupt !! Then once you make a move like that and the rest of the swamp finds out how corrupt they are they give a higher paying job so they can get a pay check & freee health care for the rest of their life and we get to pay for it .

Hooker chemical didn’t want to sell the land to the school. Then got threatened by eminent domain so sold it for a buck and then the leaks happened.

It’s not an excuse it’s what happened. The private business didn’t want to sell cause they knew they dumped chemicals and big government threatened to sue them over eminent domain. Then the school got built and houses after that which opened up the chemicals and poisoned everyone.

I agree. And just the other day, Trumps DOJ dropped a lawsuit against a polluting chemical plant in Cancer Alley in Louisiana. The law suit was initiated by Biden’s DOJ. Trumps DOJ sided with the chemical corporation over the people. Poor black people are exposed to extreme pollution causing sky high cancer rates in this area. See link below.
