Bills won 16-12. 

Ferguson only attempted 2 passes and didn't complete any. Namath was 2-18 for 33 yards. No TDS and 3 INTs. More INTs than completions

Remember that game well. My brother refused to go so I invited a high school buddy who’d never been to a game. The weather was beyond terrible but my friend was in heaven. It’s all in your perspective!

2021 Bills Patriots Wind Game was pretty bad and I was much older

Bills Browns 2008 MNF game.  Two awful teams

 

I missed the pleasure of the WC game against the Pats, the Colts game, The Giants game etc. Call me soft but as i've gotten older If I knew the weather was going to be absolute *****, I more often than not passed on going.

 

Bills browns mnf wasnt it just cold?  Don't remember much wind.  Remember driving up from pa, pretty significant lake effect event through springville then bam hit Boston and roads were bare.

My dad & I attended the Bills/Raiders playoff game in Jan 94 when it was a -32 wind chill.

The Houston game a couple years ago when the bills won 40-0 was actually super miserable. Just annoying constant drizzle the entire game and Houston just had no chance so it was actually kind of pathetic to watch.

I was at the game where Cookie went up on the Wall, '17 I think. 39 degrees, downpour, I don't think my clothes dried out the whole 5 hour drive home.  Cold soaking rain is really tough to deal with.

According to the broadcast it was 40 degrees but it was very windy and we were sitting high in the 300’s.  We were absolutely freezing. Maybe it was because it was November and we weren’t dressed for the elements?  I remember it snowing a bit too though it doesn’t look like much accumulated on the field.  

 

By halftime my feet were frozen and I was finding any excuse to get out of the wind into the corridor to warm up.   It didn’t work very well!  
 

Anyway the Bills were rolling then.  Not much else to remember about this game other than a big Bills win and a backward punt from Rich Camarillo.

 

My aunt and uncle aren’t around anymore but this was a great memory to me. 
 

 

That still shot makes it look like the Bills helmet is blue. I always thought it would be cool to have an alternate helmet, red buffalo on blue background.

Josh threw an INT on the first play I think. Then we smoked them. That was fun at least

2007   Bills at Browns  Whiteout Game

2021   Patriots at Bills MNF Wind Game

2021   Patriots at Bills  Sub Below Temperature 

 

Was thinking about this topic earlier from some discussion I saw on Twitter and after careful thought these would be my Top 4 but then I thought about how it was interesting how each pair came from the same season and relatively close to each other.  The Giants and Browns games were back to back weeks.

I was at all this games except the brown game and I concur. Giants game was worst I’ve ever been to weather wise.

Yes it was bitter cold and I usually sit in the lower bowl but I brought my gf/now wife to the game and bought extra tickets and we were in the upper bowl and the cold was unbearable but the game was worse.

Bills Giants in the freezing rain was the worst

 

The other game was bills Miami were Ricky Williams ran for like 250 yards but that was just fast falling snow for about a quarter.

Had season tixs from 1987 thru 2009.  EVERY single game was attended.

 

Raiders playoff game - watching those little ***** sliding down the snowpiles at The Ralph thinking those little effers are gonna be back here before 1/2 time.

 

90 Cardinals game - game was brutal, drive home was awful.  Had to drive back to Rottenchester.  At one point we switched up drivers, pulled over to the side, my buddy steps out the passenger door and was gone.  Like wiped from the face of the earth.  We finally found him after much digging.....he actually got up and drove the rest of the way home.  Heater was cranked the entire way, for 3 days I will still cold.  BRUTAL.

 

Those 2 stick out the most......MANY other games were evil.  The worst was leaving Rottenchester, a warm and sunny day and driving to The Ralph and watching thr weather change like no ones business.  Took many neewbs with us.  ALWAYS warned them to bring hats gloves and layers....some listened, many didn't.  They paid for it.  One game a gal I kinda liked had no gloves, I was a gentleman and gave her my heavy gloves while wore those stoopid thin throwing gloves.  Ended up back at her apartment as she drove seperate from us.  Got my happy ending so it all worked out!!

Bills vs Jets. Don't remember what year but probably in the 70s. Namath was playing. Don't think the Bills had a pas scompleted. Namath only competed maybe 3 with the first coming late in the 4th quarter. Was the remnants of a hurricane coming through.Not cold but even with ponchos tucked under your legs, we got soaked.

 

Bills vs Browns. Late 80s I believe. Neither team scored more than 10 points. Upper 30s, rainy and windy.

 

Bills vs Jets about 2 years ago. Last regular season game. No wind or snow, but game ended after it was dark. Was 5 degrees at the end of game. Just had to walk to Hammer's lot  from that end zone, but it was so cold, my legs didn't want to work and I  had to stop a couple times. After that one I vowed no more games  after Halloween unless I could somehow sit in a box (I'm almost 68 now).

Cant remember the exact date.. 70's , Namath and the Jets.. cold , brutal rain , sat in the corner, water over our ankles during the whole game.. worse than any snow or cold game I attended..

Bills Raiders 1988. 3rd coldest game in history. We had a barrel fire in one of the lots across the street. I had on one of these hats:

 

 

I bought a new Bills hat when we got in the stadium and wore it when we got to our seats in the upper deck. It was then I realized 80,000 or so 98 degree heaters in the stands makes a bit of a difference. It felt a lot colder in the parking lot.

Bills vs Pats December 17 2000.  I remember it being blizzard white out conditions, and after the game getting lost walking in circles trying to find my mom's car.  Things were a lot more difficult back then as a 13 year old without a phone.

Mentioned it earlier in the thread...1974...Namath had 2 completions and 3 interceptions. Took days to dry out

I have a few on the other end of the spectrum (at least from a tailgating standpoint): the Miami game a few years ago where OSHA was called. Fortunately, I was in a suite so once we got in it was fine (thanks @eball). The tailgate before the opener vs. the Rams was ungodly hot as well and on blacktop. The Bills game in Charlotte in 2017 is absolutely on my list. We sat about 2 rows from the moon and it had to be in the mid ‘90’s. I was drinking for days so that didn’t help but I remember thinking I was going to die. The same for the postgame in Houston this year but I wasn’t drinking nearly as much. The walk back to the train was as miserable as any that I could remember. With the exception of the Rams game the Bills lost the other 3. Those days were all horrible.
