Give them ice skates, pads, ice, and put in nets.  That would make the NBA a lot more interesting to me

Cut the season in half.  No one tunes in until the playoffs anyway.

 

Make all players stay in college for 4 years or play overseas before they enter.  The talent level is at it's lowest ever.  A league bereft of stars---other than a handful of ancient glory days guys.
