Broncos, Ravens, Chiefs - Can the Bills run through this gauntlet.

As it stands now the wildcard matchups are:

Broncos @ Bills

Chargers @ Ravens

Pitt at Texans

dream scenario:

Jim Harbaugh gets revenge against his bro in the first round

Texans beats Pitt

divisional:

Chargers @ Chiefs

Texans @ Bills

Harbaugh and Herbert continue their magic and take down a division rival

we get revenge on Texans

AFCCG:

chargers at Bills

This is our path to a Super Bowl.  I don’t see us taking down Ravens and Chiefs in back2back week unfortunately

I’d take this scenario in a heart beat even if ended up with the Bills going to Arrowhead. I’ll take my chances in the AFCCG.

Does anyone think Clappy will allow us to lose to the ravens twice in the same year after beating Detroit and Kansas city?

Not going to happen.

Hope they have a better plan going in on both sides of the ball, because what they schemed previously “ain’t it.”

Allen, Brady and the Offense absolutely can.

It is as it’s always been… can McDermott, his DC and the Defense hold up their end of the bargain.

It's so frustrating to see a defense that gets worse when it counts rather than better like most teams defense does.

I mean even going back to the Super Bowl Bills teams...look at how the D played in the 4 AFC Championship games...

51-3

10-7

29-3

30-13

In 4 AFC Championship games, the D gave up a total of 26 points. Which is less than the 27 the Chiefs scored on us last year alone in one game.

If every fan agrees with all your Bills takes is that somehow going to change the trajectory of the franchise ? Are optimistic fans, blinded fans and homer fans what is holding the team back ?

Some fans treat the NFL and the Bills as entertainment and crazy I know, but just maybe they’re entertained by this incredible era of Bills football.

Expand

You’re entertained by a player. Without Josh we aren’t entertaining and we aren’t very good. I suspect if our front office faced more external pressure it would become more likely to create change. So yes, it matters.

Its up to McDermott.

If he plays the same defense he always does we are toast. If he's truly a good defensive coordinator he has got to find something to slow the Ravens down.

The AFC was really bad back then.

It's Babich...he is the one running the defense and calling the plays. Hopefully he is far more aggressive in the playoffs than McD has been.

I don't care how bad it was, that's still impressive.

Maybe some variation between the Broncos and Chargers, but right now the path to the Super Bowl seems established.  Do you think the Bills can do it?

Ravens still need to beat the browns. A team that beat them earlier this year

1 Chiefs

2/3 Bills

2/3/5 Ravens

3/5/6/7 Steelers

4 Texans

5/6/7/ out Chargers

5/6/7/ out Broncos

Out/6/7 Colts

Out/6/7 Dolphins

Out/7 Bengals

With how things have been going for us (or not going), I’m expecting the Bengals in the wildcard.

1. they WW

So we're the worst 12 win team ever and we should probably just forfeit so we can get a head start on feeling bad.

This is some candy ass, beta *****.

Right? Apparently better roster building, better coaching and an enraged fan base will prevent the Chiefs from losing just 1 game or get the to Bills an undefeated season! Thats all we need to be guaranteed a Super Bowl berth.

lol .. you’ve got to be kidding me, are you trolling ? You think if more fans B word and moan about one of the best teams in the league, that management will take notice and improve the already excellent product ?

Who knew it was that easy and the fans, not the management and ownership were the actual keys to success. With this new insight I’m definitely going to be much less joyful with all the division titles and playoff games in hopes that my sour puss will finally bring change to this inept organization and ultimately a SB title.

So you don’t think external pressure matters in the NFL? Great take.
