Bills!Win! Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 It’s the NFL, who says the Ravens (3) don’t lose to the (6)? 1 Quote

Our D sucks! Just keeping it real. Our D doesn't suck, but at this point I don't know if its championship caliber. 1 Quote

So with some luck we could face Denver/Indy, then maybe Denver/Indy/Pittsburgh/Houston, then face KC in the AFC Championship. Even with KC’s playoff rise of late, we match up with them historically and always play very close games and that’s all you really want. But Baltimore is not a good match up in multiple ways vs us and I don’t think we can just hope for the Lamar playoff demise either. The Ravens can blow us out, they did once, and I don’t see that as being injury driven or flukey as many want to write it off as. Hopefully the Bills physical D can smack the Ravens in the mouth early and often …or more likely Josh and Cook have to go crazy and win it 48-45 .. 1 minute ago, Low Positive said: This board was more positive during the drought. Our only hope is if Balt somehow chokes in the first round. In all likelihood they’ll play Chargers or Steelers; neither team will be cakewalks for them. Maybe they draw Pitt and the ghost of Wilson’s past shows up for the game. Quote

JaCrispy Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 My optimism about the bills’ chances, in the playoffs, this year, definitely took a dive after today’s games… Do they still have a chance? Sure- as long as the team takes the field, they have a chance…But the path certainly got a lot harder… $60 mil in dead cap, with a D that gets shredded on the regular, and a no name WR corps, means the Bills were big time over achievers this year… I guess we can’t get too upset about an early playoff exit, other than being upset about FO roster mismanagement the last several years, that caused the Bills to not be able to put their best foot forward this year… 2 1 Quote

henry jones Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 We should handle Denver or LA. After that, we have to PRAY that either Denver or LA pulls off a major upset against Baltimore. Our God awful defense matches up terribly against Lamar. Their offense is better suited for poor weather conditions in Buffalo than ours is, unfortunately. If we squeak past Baltimore, playing in KC will be a tough ask. They’re starting to heat up offensively and their defense matches up well against us. Unless Baltimore and/or KC get upset in their first game, we are in trouble Quote

It’s a little taxing to be heralded as a Super Bowl contender to the level we have and then have things unfold as we have seen. I had much more hope in the 90’s. This team is just not a complete team and hasn’t been. Sure we have a great record as we have many times in the past, but holy crap is Josh pulling so much of that. It has become so obvious this is basically Josh Allen and his band of marry men. We are just out gunned and out maneuvered. 2 1 Quote

That defense is a top 10 unit still trending up and will completely lock down our run game. They’re way more physical than we are. I don’t think we will get in a shootout. That’s the type of team we have shrank against in the past especially with an opposing offense that can also be physical and keep us off the field. Bills OL very physical. Add back Shakir and Cooper. Bills will score on ravens but can they stop them 🤷🏻♂️.. ravens peaking past few weeks as Bills did for several weeks. Who peaks when in clutch ? What team is healthy and can Lamar overcome his clear drop off in play when it really matters ? Quote

This is their best OL in the JA era , and Cook is a threat to break a long one which we haven’t had in a long while …. So JA is not quite a one man band … The receivers are bog average though…. And the D has a litany of issues … Quote
stuvian Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 Does anyone think Clappy will allow us to lose to the ravens twice in the same year after beating Detroit and Kansas city? Not going to happen. 1 1 2 1 Quote

DapperCam Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 Wild Card vs Denver: We should win this game easily. Lock has limitations and their defense has come back down to Earth. If we lose this game it would be a huge disappointment. Divisional vs Baltimore: I don’t think our defense can hold the Ravens to below 28 points, however I think our offense can score 30+ if our offense can figure out the Ravens disguised pressures. That absolutely killed us. Lamar plays a lot better at home vs the road. AFC Championship at KC: We’ve beaten them once. I think we match up well with them. My concern would be them running Pacheco all day and us not being able to stop it. Will be a one score game either way. Call it a coin flip. 3 Quote
