Chaos Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 Maybe some variation between the Broncos and Chargers, but right now the path to the Super Bowl seems established. Do you think the Bills can do it? 1 1 1 Quote
RobbRiddick Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 Wish I thought so but nope. I don't see them getting past the Ravens. Then Ravens will get handled easily by KC. 1 1 5 1 2 Quote

Do you think the Bills can do it? The question is "do you think the defense can play well enough to not waste Superman performances by Allen?" Honestly, I don't know. I'd like to say yes but defenses that were far better than the one we have now have turned into sieves in the playoffs. Edited December 26, 2024 by Big Turk 10 1 1 Quote
SCBills Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 Allen, Brady and the Offense absolutely can. It is as it’s always been… can McDermott, his DC and the Defense hold up their end of the bargain. 6 14 2 Quote

Johnnycage46 Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 Not a chance. We might lose the wild card, but IMO will lose in divisional (again). We have a garbage defense with zero pass rush, bad run defense, sub par safeties, and a soft approach. Our special teams is average to game breaking bad, and our coaching seems to get the yips in the worst possible moments. Only shot is Allen goes Super Nova, but I think he did that already for Rams and Lions and blew his load. 5 1 2 1 4 9 4 Quote

Only way I see that happening is if our defense played way better than how they’ve been playing. or if josh is able to jump to leads in all those games and we outpace those teams. Denver not too much of a worry, but we’d need to do thaf against baltimore 1 Quote
Hsker4life Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 We need to be healthy. Start resting the boys and let’s get ready for the gauntlet. 1 Quote

Dr.Sack Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 We know it’s gonna be Broncos, then Steelers followed by Chargers. 1 6 1 Quote
loyal2dagame Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 (edited) Everyone was worried (myself included) about the back half of our schedule this year. How'd that turn out? We'll be fine. Every team in the AFC is beatable by the Bills. Edited December 26, 2024 by loyal2dagame 1 1 6 2 1 Quote
HappyDays Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 We'll need to put up 40 on Baltimore and 30 on KC. I think it's doable with the level Allen has been playing at. Very low margin for error which sucks but doable. 4 6 1 Quote
billsbackto81 Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 Bills are not a good comeback team against quality opposition. The only way is to grab a lead quickly (that is key) and then let Josh control tempo from there. If the D can draw a punt or 2 while making opposing offenses drive the length of the field we'll be alright. A turnover or 2 wouldn't hurt either. 1 5 Quote
stuvian Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 We already know how to contain Kelce and beat KC. I don't expect it to be easy a second time and trust that we will scheme their two tight end sets with the right personnel. As for the Ravens, I'd go 7 or 8 in the box on first and second down while taking away the middle of the field on obvious passing downs. Force Lamar to beat you through the air making him throw to the sidelines 1 1 2 Quote
Mikie2times Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 Josh can go off, but I don’t see us beating Baltimore. We will probably be missing a DB, it will allow us to say next year will be different as we hug our regular season championship banners and worship the clap. 2 3 2 1 1 Quote

I don't disagree with you but it's crazy that it's a hope for a punt or two. Our D sucks! 1 1 1 2 Quote
MPL Posted December 26, 2024 Posted December 26, 2024 The Ravens are a badddddd matchup for this iteration of the Bills. Forget Lamar — Derrick Henry has been nearly as large of a thorn in the side of McDermott as January Mahomes. We really needed Pittsburgh to hold off Baltimore and get that 3 seed but Russell Wilson has turned from Danger-russ back into Denver-russ. KC is going to get a cakewalk matchup in the Divisional round and walk into the AFC Championship about as healthy as a team can get. We're looking at the 13th consecutive year that feature the Patriots or Chiefs in the AFC Championship. Dynasties are so f****** boring. 3 1 Quote
