My son’s gf said “look at Josh’s let-e” … I said “ his what ?” And my son laughed and said “lettuce”, I guess I still looked puzzled because he said “his hair”

That looks to be sterling silver to me, which is relatively inexpensive, I wear a watch and a chain and it hardly cost me anything. Those could be lab grown diamonds as well.
