It’s due to the fact that are own ineptitude kelts us out of the Super Bowl during the Pats era……the Chiefs are the main reason we haven’t seen a Super Bowl during the McDermott era. Now we know how Colts fans felt about the Patriots during the Manning/Dungy era.

Agree.  But they are looking better and will have a “easier road” in playoffs. Damn I don’t like how things are playing out with seeding and teams. I really hope Cincy doesn’t squeeze in and would be great if Texans could win but I doubt it.

our QB has one broke hand and another that seems to have funny issues. Half our WR have lame wrists. This team is too tenured to be rusty. McClappy after bye 8-0. Sean sucks inside 2 min but he’s 100% after rest week

This is the way to go….but in the end, McClappy has proven being at home…two losses, or on the road, choke job versus Texans and Chiefs…close game against second rate teams and QBs (Steelers/Dolphins)….I am not sure it is going to matter.

i am grateful to where we have been the last few years, but I don’t see any elevation at playoff time.

Someone said our playoff road is looking to be Bengals, Ravens, @ Chiefs and as scary as that looks it would knock every chip off the shoulder along the way and make the SB even more satisfying.

Yes…he has been great in the cold quite a few times lol and he has struggled just as much in great weather as cold weather

Bengals ain’t makin it I don’t think…colts schedule is just too easy even assuming Denver falters.  Dolphins will get in over cincy if they both win out too and their schedule is easy also.  Bengals are the longest shot out of 4 teams

Stupid strategy to avoid 2 seed in fear of Bengals.

 

First off, I'll give you 10-1 odds if you think Cincy is getting the 7 seed.  Even beating Denver, they need help and take care of business week 18.

 

2nd, if we get to the divisional round home field advantage is huge.  I don't care we lost at home past 2 seasons, you always want to play at home period.

That narrative seems to be relegated to the fan community. I don't hear any national pundits qualify Lamar's year with Henry's contribution.

Just like our line was going to crush their O line in the divisional a couple years ago. The Bengals like KC seem to be different in the playoffs.
