I’m biased to the AFL teams because I watched them and because they won two championships.

I can't argue against that. Winning championships matter and if it's close I'm putting the 60s championship player above anyone else.

OJ had "off field issues"?

I don’t understand how anyone can think to put Eric Wood at G over two HOFers in Joe D and Shaw.

I agree. Heck was wood actually better than Jerry Ostroski? I don't know

Give Josh Thurman, Reed, Lofton and Bruce and would imagine we would have won one as he doesn't seem to fold under pressure like Jimbo did.

Agree.

Allen is superior to Kelly in literally every way.

Yup. Reggie McKenzie made 3 all pro teams. That's awesome. I didn't know that

Kelly was fine in SB 25

Kelly had Hof performance in the 90 playoff and 93 playoff. Beat Montana in 93, Marino in 90, 92. Elway in 91 but that was obviously the defense.

I can't remember the numbers but Kelly vs the raiders in 93 had almost 300 yds, 3 tds, zero int and it was like -30 wind chill with wind and ice. It's one of the greatest bad weather playoff performances in NFL playoff history

Fine in XXV? How many 3 and outs did he have that killed less than 3 minutes of clock? Sorry not sorry but Kelly was average and don't get me started on his 2 minute drill at the end of the game.

He has to get to the super bowl imo. That's how I view it

Reed dropped two critical 1st downs when buffalo was up 12-3....

Kelly only had the ball for 19 min

Maybe Allen. That’s it.

I'd say James Cook is a definite consideration for this !! Leads the league in TD's plus he's not doing to bad in yards too ...

Reed was getting hit hard all game, sure he gets some blame but who's the guy making the decisions? Kelly and am sorry but if you're in a tight game you slow down don't speed up. Just my opinion.

Honestly, anyone arguing any other way at this point is just wrong. Jim Kelly would admit that. The gap from Allen to Kelly is wide. Allen, Bruce, Moorman and probably Andre (based on a 3 WR set) should be unanimous. You could make a reasonable argument for multiple people at every other position.

This is based on their Bills careers. Obviously Peters and TO were historically great players. There are some that were tough (CB for example).

Peters is a HOF player for another team. He barely played for the Bills, so I don't even consider him a former Bills great. You can if you want, though.

He played 5 years here,….? Is 65 games “barely playing?”

He became what he was largely after he left.

Although I think @Shaw66 might have another opinion LOL

His prime/HOF years were in Philadelphia.

In reverse, Von isn't the 3rd or 4th best Bill at the position. His HoF legacy was built and cemented in Denver.

Jason Peters is a first ballot HOF LT. No idea how he isn’t on anybodies list.

Andre and Moulds were both better receivers than Stef. Shocked he’s on here twice.

No hate on Smerlas or Kyle, but Ted Washington deserves some love here.
