Best case scenario, he improves and shows out in these next two games, and can replace Hamlin going forward. He has had his ups and downs, and his pass coverage needs a little more refinement, but he will be the future of the Safety position moving forward. I'm not sure if he is ready for the future to start right now, but I think it would be smart to give him these next two games to find out.....he is definitely the most athletic Safety on the roster. Thoughts?? That’s exactly what they should do for Milano. If he can regain form he should get the majority of the playoff snaps then Dorian Williams should Quote

Have you ever played sports at any significant level? That's just not how it works. Is that what I wrote ? Sorry for that. And no I have not played sport at any level of recognition , to be straight up. I thought waaay back I said Its time to rotate in these younger guys , especially Bishop. Am sure i do communicate poorly my points and suggestions both. Family tells me as much on occasion. Next week is a great time to let the second string or youth increase the reps. rest the A+ starters even ? Get Hyde in at some point. My meaning was not to play Coach here. Just some thoughts to consider. I expect Coaching to know when and where to ramp up Rapp and Hamlin Edited 13 hours ago by 3rdand12 Quote

Even with all his experience (and this goes for Milano as well), when most players step back on the field after an extremely long layoff, the game moves fast and will take a little bit to slow down. That timing has to get right again. Quote
