I personally think they're going to destroy everyone. But who knows I'd like to see Elam get some of Douglas reps this week. Ease Rasul back to be ready for the playoffs and get Elam more burn in case of "break glass for emergency" Quote

Anyone else kind of hope that the Pats beat our backups next week if that's how it plays out? They're at #2 in the draft right now & can trade that for a great haul, which would set them up pretty well for the future if they play their cards right. Right before our game last week I checked the mock drafts and they had the Pats taking Travis Hunter at #3. Maye to Hunter could be a pretty solid combo over the next 5 years if that happens. 2 Quote

For $6.99 I watched the games with my brother who doesn't stream and will watch a half dozen movies that are only on Netflix for the month. Then I'll unsubscribe. Now...as to the broadcast, I tuned in during the pregame simply selecting "Watch". My brother and I chatted waiting for the games to start...and promptly missed 45 minutes of the game because Netflix started my watching at the beginning of the pregame, not at halfway through when I tuned in. I had to fast forward to get to the game. We watched the game from the beginning, FF through commercials and half time to catch up. On Prime Video, you get the option when you tune in to "watch live" or "watch from beginning". Netflix was "watch". Not good. BTW...I felt really stupid until I read someone's post in the game thread, that he also had to fast forward to get to the actual game. Same thing happened to me for the Tyson fight - eventually figured it out as I was seeing reports of the results for the undercard and I was still in pregame mode. That experience helped me out yesterday😄 1 Quote

I mean technically you could since the record high is 61, but 55 is still pretty good 🤣 That's the only part that sucks tho...almost always if it's warm in the winter it's also raining. 1 Quote

The interface totally made me believe I was going to be watching live from the start of the game, then after about 15 minutes I was like, "when is this game going to start?" which is when I realized I was watching the pregame crap. Missed the first two drives of the game. I was not pleased. Also, I kept going in and out of the game and when I'd come back, it would be the same thing—I'd get the impression I was going to watch "live", but each time the game came on I was back where I left off the last time and had to fast forward every time. Not a great look, Netflix. 1 1 Quote

They had a thing there for the game, and I clicked on it only to start with the pregame garbage. It only went 4x on the FF and it was annoying as hell. After halftime it was more normal. If there was a better way to go right to the game, they didn’t make it obvious enough. That’s on them, not us. EDIT: Similar situation, I was trying to get Dan Patrick on Peacock. If you go to search and put in Dan Patrick it lists all the past episodes. Friday’s episode does me little good on a Monday after a weekend of games. You’d think if you search for “Dan Patrick”, it would include the live show, but no. You have to go to the guide and look under channels. They do not do a good job of presenting a user friendly solution. . Edited 16 hours ago by Augie 2 Quote

Plus I think it's important for Josh's legacy, it is an argument used by some in the media to not place Josh as a sure hall of famer or one of the elite elite. Obviously the Superbowl is more important, it's not close or debatable but it's not a zero sum matter, the MVP award brings a sense or pride to the Bills and adds to Josh's legacy, those things matter. Who won the MVP the last ten years? Who won the SB? no one knows/cares about the MVP once it’s over. All the negative emojis to my “not even a little” when I was asked if I care about the MVP is laughable. you all care WAY more about the MVP than Josh does, I can guarantee that. 4 1 Quote

"Mollywhopped" is a serious term, for serious times. Near as I can determine, the phrase, or it's derivative, has only been used 8x in TBD history. If I may: let it be our mainstay, post-hoc, as we slash throats and put heads on pikes over the next six...just as we celebrate @oldmanfan's "matriculate" charge every pre-game. Ex I pray for: "we sure as shlt mollywhopped xyz NFC team to finally get our f***ing Lombardi" Quote

It sucks losing to KC in the playoffs, but generally Josh performs well in the post season; it's our defense that lets us down. Lamar? Not so much; posting a 2-4 record. https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/josh-allen-playoffs-record https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/lamar-jackson-career-playoff-stats-wins Quote

The #3 pick should be worth the other team's 2025 and 2026 first round picks, and some other lesser picks for a team hunting their franchise QB. Quote
