Don’t need to be rusty either. Resting guys 1 game is fine, resting them for 2 might be pushing it. Worst thing that could happen is a slow start leads to a loss in wild card weekend

 

Our D seems to be a liability with injuries and at full strength, need the O to be on point right from the start.

It’s a division game, they will try to beat us by whatever means they can come up with, at this point it will be by running the ball, in which our defensive scheme doesn’t allow for a proper run defense, it’s going to be another ugly asz game, that we win,

I live an hour from MetLife stadium. My entire life just surrounded by these fraud fans. They are nowhere to be found when it’s normal suck mode but if they win 2 games in a row, you’ll see the Mo Lewis jerseys coming out covered in dust. You won't. They arent going to rest the starters for 2 games. They arent going to go into the playoffs rusty. Maybe if someone is overly banged up they will sit but thats about it. It would be a coaching catastrophe to sit starters that long and then go into a playoff game flat and out of sync.

Agreed.  I don’t expect full scale testing of the starters..  maybe in the final game if the seeding is set.  BUT I do think they will.. and should.. rest anyone that’s nursing an injury.  Hence Douglas, Rapp and Hamlin have missed the last 2 games.   There is zero reason to play banged up players and further aggravate injuries.   
 

We have enough depth at each position, to manage the roster and let guys get healthy for the playoffs, while letting them get ..some.. play in; ala, Williams in the last 2 games.
