I have never seen such of a thing! Tonight, we will be drinking egg nog spiked generously with rum. This is home made eggnog that our upstate farm-dwelling forebears would make, the eggnog Almanzo Wilder carried out to the fields in Farmer Boy, no relation to the oversweetened supermarket product. Tomorrow we will start the day with mimosas at my moms Assisted Living, then move on to wine and brandy But, those margaritas..... Wegmans, usually. We admittedly didn’t try too hard to find it this year and instead went with the traditional dark red. Funny enough we added a coconut milk that coagulated immediately upon mixing which made it look terrible and then eventually dissolved into a snow-capped mountain look. Long story short, I have had quite a few. Cheers. Quote

Tuco Posted Wednesday at 10:36 AM Posted Wednesday at 10:36 AM At Christmas I like to take the basic Alaskan Duck Fart (Crown Royal, Kahlua and Bailey's), replace the Bailey's with Candy Cane Rumchata, and call it a Santa's Little Helper. Quote
RichStadiumGuy Posted Wednesday at 12:15 PM Posted Wednesday at 12:15 PM Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select... and LOTS of it. Screw all of that sissy stuff! Quote
muppy Posted Wednesday at 12:26 PM Posted Wednesday at 12:26 PM great thread. One drink we make is a warm mulled wine. We buy the large Costco bottle of basic red wine. Then you add sugar with cinnamon sticks, orange slices, cloves when it is cooking it makes the house smell so good. delicioso Quote
Pete Posted Wednesday at 12:29 PM Posted Wednesday at 12:29 PM Mimosas and kind bud. Merry Christmas Bills Mafia! Quote

LOL Alaskan duck fart. There's got to be a good story connected to that name. Candy cane rum eh? aka rumplemintz. Now THAT is some potent chit. Remember Stuck? He called it "Canadian floor stripper" lol Merry Christmas 🙂 1 Quote

Never heard of the original but they both sound good 1 Quote

The hell you say. I have seen those videos on YouTube that show 'delivery fails'. Some disgruntled delivery driver likely to drop kick the package up onto my front porch. 🤨 Quote

I won’t go more than 2buck chuck from Trader Joe’s 😁😁😁 Well, I woke up one morning a year or so ago, was 67 at the time. Suddenly realized that not even the O's live to 134 and that I have more yesterdays than tomorrows (both my parents lived well past 100, good lord willing my Aunt turns 100 next month.) At the time I usually spent between $14 and $17 a bottle but decided to up my game or leave more than I want behind. Quote
