BillsFan130 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago The bills defence made some big plays when they needed to today, but... Bobby Babich is a big problem in my opinion. It's not all his fault as the pass rush is still bad. But It almost seems like he is guessing a lot of times and the opposing OC usually is a step ahead. I know it's a bit bold but if I am McDermott, I've seen enough and I'm taking the play calls from him the rest of the year. What do you guys think? Might be an unpopular opinion so feel free to roast away if you want, but I definitely feel strongly about this 3 1 2 Quote

Coach Tuesday Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago He doesn’t seem to have a good grasp of how to design blitzes and when to call them. 3 3 Quote

MikePJ76 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago It's not an X's and O's issue. It's the jimmy and the joe's. They need to turn over every leaf this offseason to be more physical up front on defense next year. 5 1 1 3 Quote
Comebackkid Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago the cbs keep a 10 yard cushion and then dont break on the ball half the time unill the reciever catches the ball. the the receiver proceeds to run past them . 1 Quote

But Babich is still very lost calling plays IMO and doesn't have a good feel for what offences want to do 1 Quote

Stafford just played a perfect game. Reality is we absolutely do not have a “closer” on the D line is an issue. 2 Quote

But jeez, OCs seem to be taking his lunch money week after week. If you disagree all good, as I get it's probably an unpopular opinion and he's a likeable guy Quote
streetkings01 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago All that money and picks on the dline and we still can’t consistently get pressure! 1 1 Quote

BuffaloBillsGospel2014 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago To be fair he had Elam and Spector not turning around once and jumping on them a minute and a half before the ball got there. It's rough when you get injuries and here we go with the injuries again late in the year but many teams are going through it. Quote
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I don’t care what we do with him, I was so excited for someone other than McDermott or Leslie Fraizer to be in charge of the defense. This guy is worse than they were. This 3rd down defense is a disgrace. You can fire him tomorrow morning for all I care. The only thing about this team that is reliable is the offense. New year, same story. We have good players on the defense. This soft shell ***** passive zone is a waste of ***** time. Hire a real DC 1 1 Quote
GunnerBill Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I didn't love it tonight. The 3rd down thing is an issue. Bend and don't brake when younare keeping opponents to mid 30% 3rd down conversion as under McD and Frazier is one thing. When youbare allowing mid 40s as we are under Babich its another. He needs to get better. 2 4 Quote
