i dont get how being a highly rated 1st round player he can be so bad at times, at this point in his carreer

I thought at first it’s just the refs being biased.  Then I saw him once again never turn to find the ball, just raise his arms up , face guard , and run right thru the receiver.  Not just once but he had to do it twice !  That is one hard headed cb who after 3 years , just refuses to improve or do the right technique.  Must be maddening for coaches ; I mean I taught my dachshund puppy to ring a bell to go outside to pee, and 10 years later , still never had an accident , or PI ( peeing inside!).   So either my dachshund is smart enough to learn the Bills scheme,,,or Elam could not be trusted to be left alone at home without a doggie pad down!   Unbelievable!😳😊✌️

Merry Christmas. Go Bills !

Yep. We always have great regular season records. But the recurring issues from past playoff failures is recurring too often to not realize it's still a problem and will hold us back again. If Allen doesn't go super nova we are in trouble.

ELAM, TURN THE FUK AROUND!!! Been screaming it for 2 years now, he's almost ALWAYS in position, but doesn't try to pick up the ball. I'm sure he's been coached up on this constantly,  it's INCREDIBLY  frustrating.

I agree....its not a complicated concept to grasp.   Plus i cant imagine it puts you in great favor with your teamates when they play their ass of and then

he gives away free yardage

Explain when that was. You weren’t trading him his first year, and he wasn’t worth much after that. And saying to trade him for a 6th or 7th does not constitute trade value

Elam can set the record for PIs if we play him another game. Does anyone coach him?  He refuses to get his head around ever.  He’s also as handsy as a horny high school kid on viagra. The good news is Dorian Williams should be playing over Spector or Milano.

it would have had to be during his second year.   Hope some a team out there was desperate and they could do a better job than buffalo with him.

we have 6th and 7th round players out playing him so ....

How do you know they didn't?   Have to find someone who wants him.  He isn't a good football player.

figure we would have heard something..but your right...who knows.

I thought he did a really good job most of the game delivering the ball under pressure.

They blitzed more than I thought they would but there's a limit to how many times it's smart when your missing Rasul Douglas, Taron Johnson, Matt Milano and both starting safeties.

Have to agree, Maye was really good, nothing you can do when everyone misses their block, but he did well under the pressure.  He made the D look bad and that’s not great for this year or going forward having to deal with him.

So your solution would have been to trade him in his 2nd season for a 6h or 7th round pick? I’m guessing Beane got offers for him, but he’s smart enough to know he is worth more than a 6th rounder

That game was miserable to watch.

- Refs willed NE into the endzone multiple times.

- Allen hurts his throwing hand

- Shakir forgot how to catch

- Our special teams sucks at EVERYTHING. They are bad at kickoff coverage, they can’t down a punt inside the five, and they nearly give up an onside kick for the second week in a row.

- Every time we blitzed Maye, he folded like a cheap tent. He clearly could not handle the pressure. So what does Babich do in key moments? He rushes 4 and drops everyone back into a shell. WHY!? For fug sake, WHY? Make it make sense

Feel better?

The Bills D had no answers for the 30th ranked offense in the first half.  They got the win only because of the offense and the Pats gifting them turnovers. We cannot do that against any quality team in the playoffs or it will look exactly like the Bengals playoff game from 2 years ago. I get they are walking wounded on the defense but McD and Babbich have to scheme these players into situations where they can succeed and soft zone with no pass rush is not it.

The pats didn't gift them anything.  Those were takeaways.  Cam lewis made a great play and they punched out and forced two fumbles recovering one.

There were no gifts.

Yep,  that ONE play was great from our 1st rounder.

It was more than one ..it was at least 3 or 4.

by concept of your last argument...do u know they tried to trade him?   if...IF beane got offers for him..who knows what they were.

but we have 6th and 7th round players starting.  we dont have kiar starting except during injury situations where no one else is available.
