Quinn Ewers is a good QB, but i’d have a difficult time not playing Arch Manning. Doesn’t it seem like the football gods would have Manning lead that team to a title?

Manning is starting next year even if Quinn doesn’t declare. Quinn will have to transfer if he wants to stay another year in college. 
 

still, they will put in manning here and there I just think it’s a little toxic how much the fans prefer the backup

That was the one thing Ewers couldn't do to end the game, lol. Even a turnover on downs would have given them a chance for a stop and one more drive on offense.

Ohio State's better. And Quinn Ewers holds the ball too long. Said it before but this is prob the worst year for QBs in the NFL draft I can remember.

Isn't the Manning kid a good runner? It was first and goal from the 1 yard line. Just sneak it 4 times in a row. Terrible play calling.

Watching Ewers and Allar is a similar experience.

Cam Ward is the only QB from this draft that will be a starter in 3 years. These other guys don't have it.

Yeah that was a horrible game losing play call.

The swing passes have killed Ohio all night, so you know the Ohio D has all eyes on the RB at the 3, and you call a pitch play.... im no Ewers fan but the loss is on that play call

That’s exactly why the Patriots screwed themselves hard by winning that week 18 game.

Yeah, that play call killed it. Texas xould have had a chance otherwise. Still I marvel at how horrible this QB crop coming out of college is. Maybe Cam Ward is worth a first round pick, Shedeur in the second round, not sure I'd pick any of the others period.

They didn't have to draft Ward at one - they could have let QB needy teams offer them a lot for it.

 

I wonder if the Titans will draft Ward?
