I have no shortage of empathy, in fact I'm often chastised for having too much of it, but it's not empathy to cry when a teammate breaks their leg - it's unregulated emotion. Dude needs to be a leader, but if he unravels over a relatively minor injury like that, he's got issues. I couldn't take him seriously if I were on that team. 1 1 1 Quote
UKBillFan Posted Saturday at 08:18 PM Posted Saturday at 08:18 PM The Texans defense did so well on the last drive, but this is really poor from them. Quote
34-78-83 Posted Saturday at 08:18 PM Posted Saturday at 08:18 PM The adrenaline wore off. Houston is very banged up and not very good at this point. Bummer. 1 Quote
sven233 Posted Saturday at 08:18 PM Posted Saturday at 08:18 PM I mean, we've all said it in this thread, but there is no way Mahomes has a high ankle sprain. That injury prevents guys from walking and puts them in a boot where they don't have a chance to play for multiple weeks. Mahomes is out there running normally with no limp (except for the couple plays that don't go their way). He may have twisted an ankle or something, but he had nothing more than a mild ankle sprain. No way you will convince me otherwise. 1 4 Quote

You can’t say I haven’t learned anything over the years, I will not be clicking on it to see how it happened. These days when people say it was gruesome, I just believe them. 1 Quote
