VaMilBill Posted yesterday at 05:53 PM Posted yesterday at 05:53 PM I would hope the bills, and any team for that matter, would do it based on how expensive tickets are whether it’s direct through the team or through the secondary market 1 Quote
Lost Posted yesterday at 05:54 PM Posted yesterday at 05:54 PM Did it really cost $8.50 for a bottle of water before? Quote
Sierra Foothills Posted yesterday at 05:54 PM Posted yesterday at 05:54 PM Innocent question... what's technically the difference between a hot dog and a vienna sausage? Also what's the smallest hot dog roll currently being manufactured? 1 5 Quote
Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted yesterday at 05:54 PM Posted yesterday at 05:54 PM That's unpossible! 2 Quote
BearNorth Posted yesterday at 05:58 PM Posted yesterday at 05:58 PM A 16oz bottle of dasani [treated tap water] costs about $.40 at wholesale, so even at $2, that's a pretty healthy 80% profit margin. 3 Quote

Agreed. But I think owners should realize that all they need to do is raise ticket prices by like $10 each (without telling anyone) and slash the concession prices in half or more. Fans would LOVE them for that and they would break even or even make a profit because fans would end up buying more. How did they not realize that? 1 Quote
DaVinci Posted yesterday at 06:10 PM Posted yesterday at 06:10 PM They should be charged with price gouging. It's ridiculous, Doesn't the community pay enough. 1 1 Quote

Augie Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago I was excited for my first game when the new Atlanta dome opened. I kept hearing about the great concession prices. I went in early and got a beer. I later tried at least 2-3 times to get some more of this affordable concession stuff, but there was no way I was going to miss that much time to get to the front of the line. Apparently a lot of people were more interested in the food you could not get to than the football game. It’s not cheap if you can’t get to it. Quote

I guess they’re okay with it operating and making money during the non-Sunday games at MBSD, as well as all of the other events that take place there. Quote
