Vince Carter is right. After LeBron Allen puts up numbers against NE this Sunday,  it will be "all-over". Go ahead Josh give the signal.  You will have wrapped up your first of many MVPs.  Next on his radar will be a Lombardi in the French quarter while eating Jambalaya & Beignets.

Josh honestly is a better comp to Lebron than anyone else in the NBA lexicon.

Potentially the most gifted player to ever play the sport / absolute physical freak at the position.

Jordan won 6 rings in 6 consecutive seasons that he played.  He played baseball for a year and just came back and tore up the league again.  He elevated the teammates he was given (Pippen would be the only "superstar" he played with --and created).  Lebron had a decent run in Cleveland 1.0, elevating a mediocre roster to the Finals once.

After that he was a mercenary who hijacked front offices and demanded to be surrounded by All Stars brought in to help him win more rings.  See Cleveland 2.0, Miami, LA.....

Jordan played 80+ games 11 times in his career (8 of them full 82, plus playoffs).  Lebron has 3 80+ seasons and 1 82 game...in 22 years.  Jordam's prime was played when the game was far more physical than it is now--teams played defense.  Playing in conference vs Detroit, Indy, NY and Boston guaranteed you were going to hurting the next day.  Now guys take so much time off that the league had to institute rules for sitting stars.

So I would rather have the who shoed up every day, played better than everyone else in the league, made everyone around him a champion and won 6 titles for the same team without screwing up the front office.  Someone with a killer instinct, not a whiner, who pushes his teammates hard enough to win it all.

That was easy.

LOL

Dude, not to turn this into a basketball thing but that is a blank statement that people reference.

Those Bulls teams were stacked with talent, on the level James has had only during his Miami year career.

It’s not a snub to be compared to Lebron. In no way shape or form.

Lebron has an insane career. 280 games averaging 28 points a year… that’s playoffs alone.

5x defensive first team.
13x nba first team

4x championships

4x finals mvp

1200+ straight games of 10 points.
First player to pass 6/7/8000 playoff points.
20. TWENTY. Straight seasons of averaging 20ppg.

That’s just a handful. Your arguments of “someone who showed up every day”, “played better than everyone” “made everyone better” is LeBron.

You need a team and a front office. James had that in his prime @ Miami and he’s come out and stated the only reason he left Cleveland was because they were giving him role players he turned into talent.

Again, I’m a Jordan fan. He’s #1 in my book but in no way shape or form is comparing him to Lebron instead of MJ a situation that should be one or the other.

That’s like Montana is better than Brady because he won all his Superbowls…

You want Josh to bounce around the league hunting titles with other teams while he takes 1/4 of the games off and messes with the FO like Rodgers?

No thanks. Give me the insanely focused competitor who trash talks all game as he dominates the NFL.  You can keep the guy who whines for a call every trip down the floor.

You don’t have the records and stats Lebron has by “whining” dude. Come on.

A focused competitor is a guy who smashes records. Be it with one team or 3.

LeBron comparison is as much a compliment as MJ. Very simple.

Awesome interview.  Thanks for sharing

Which young player thought Tracy McGrady was Karl Malone...🤣.   Not good for job security.

Tracy McGrady says Josh = LeBron

I thought the comparison would have been Vince Carter the way he jumps over people 😎

LeBron is not even a top ten all time player. He took a shortcut that wasn't available to other all time greats which inflated his status . He also never developed a true post game which would've made him unstoppable

Top 10-20. Okay.

Off the top of my head he wasn't better than Magic bird or Isaiah. Wasn't better than Dr. J....wasn't better than Kareem or Hakeem, wasn't better than Oscar Robinson or Ewing. Nowhere near Jerry West or Bill Russell.

You could make an argument that Shaq was better....

LeBron taking a shortcut to Miami destroyed his legacy and robbed everyone of the journey every all time great has to go through.

He lost respect for that. He regained some respect going back to Cleveland and that should tell you something.

He had to bring a title to Cleveland or his legacy would've been completely tarnished

I'm glad it was these guys. All three are very likable.

Now, someone needs to ask them -- to be clear -- about any intent to move the team to Toronto.

Notice Mr. Bon Jovi was not invited to be a part of it.
