It’s obvious it was changed because it was a smug headline that made them look bad. It’s not just that they were wrong or that they predicted he was a long shot it was that they were dancing on the grave of his career before it even started. In WEO land, the headline was no big deal, take wasn't that unpopular at the time so why change it? Of course, begging the question, why did they change in 6 years after the fact. I'm sure if you try hard enough, you can come up with some reason they changed it, especially because they know they changed it for a reason, otherwise it wouldn't be changed at all. 1 Quote

Josh Allen's MVP videos are probably gonna plaster that headline all over with that author's name. Edited Friday at 06:45 PM by FireChans Quote

starrymessenger Posted Friday at 07:09 PM Posted Friday at 07:09 PM I guess that's what you call retrospective analysis. Fortunately not all talking heads are idiots. I think it was Greenie the other day who said that Josh Allen was the best QB he had ever seen, better than Elway his previous fav. Quote

I can't imagine anyone else will remember this article, if they knew about it at all---least of all Josh Allen. There were many such articles about how he would be a stretch at 7. Are they going to plaster a new title that says he will go in the 1st round anyway? Or the one where if he succeeds the Bills are geniuses. Wow---zing. 1 1 Quote

Chaos Posted Friday at 07:45 PM Posted Friday at 07:45 PM The entire universe is on board with the idea that Allen was a good pick despite pre-draft reservations. But we will find a way to make this controversial still. Quote

Wgr was just taking about it in the last couple weeks and I e heard the whole Josh defying Math often. bills fans know and remember. That's all we need to know about it. With all the crap Josh the Bills received, I'm not surprised people have been collecting receipts. Quote
