How much you think they will cut, lol?
Tiberius Posted Friday at 12:08 PM Author Posted Friday at 12:08 PM _____ Wait a second...these flunkies are going to extend the debt ceiling? You mean Trump is borrowing even more money that we tax payers don't have? Do not pass any bills! Screw this, even more debt? I thought they were fixing this? https://www.cnbc.com/2024/12/19/house-republicans-say-they-have-deal-to-avert-government-shutdown.html Quote WASHINGTON — A House Republican bill to fund the government for three months and suspend the debt ceiling for two years failed Thursday night, as dozens of rank-and-file Republicans voted against the deal endorsed by President-elect Donald Trump. 1

I don’t know what the rules are, but we just went through 4 years where the geniuses selected a man in steep cognitive decline to hold the top job, declared confidence in his fitness in spite of obvious signs of advancing decline, and were a horrific debate performance away from signing on again. When that all imploded, the geniuses pushed forward with the VP who was complicit in the scam, and thankfully the adults finally pushed back and corrected course. A mentor of mine used to say this: If you always do what you always did, you always get what you always got. There are crazier ideas than this, maybe. 1 1

If Trump dies and Vance doesn’t take office, Elon would not be eligible. This is the most basic criticism of the idea. I have many more.

Vance inexplicably declining to take office in the event of the death of the President, one of the most important roles of the VP job. Your scaredy cat list is getting longer by the minute. It might just be easier to be scared of the drones to be honest. 1

T master Posted Friday at 02:23 PM Posted Friday at 02:23 PM (edited) Seeing as the 2 talking about this subject being Bernie & Whoopie we should know right from the get go that there isn't a awful lot of brain power or common sense behind the thought process with these 2's predictions just due to their history and the things they stand for . If you look at any successful team the leaders put highly intelligent people around them to give input forth for certain situations and after considering that input those leaders make a sound common sense decision with it unlike some of the things that the previous so called "leader" made with little into or fore thought . So just by having the kind of people in the circle of those that Trump is having be part of his cabinet i'd say we have much less to worry about when the pen hits the paper to sign a bill put into law because these are very successful business people and they are very successful for a reason because they know how to make money !! The US is a huge business run by politicians and not businessmen the country has been in the red ever since these politicians had decided to do away with the gold standard . And if you put that business type mind set into the a gov't instead of the mind set of being a career politician knowing little or nothing about how to run a successful business i'm all for it ! The country wouldn't be in TRILLIONS of dollars of debt if the country was run like a business by business men rather than career politicians ... But WE the People have listened to the politicians believing that they will follow through with their lies but they NEVER come through for America !! And the people are use to incompetent leadership that has become the norm . Edited Friday at 02:33 PM by T master

Hes “anti-woke”, especially after what has transpired with his trans child. Hes anti-illegal immigration. Hes pro-free speech. Hes anti-unsustainable spending. Now, that last part is iffy, at best, with Trump/MAGA Republicans, but the other 3 obviously make sense as to why he’s made the choices he’s made lately. 1

If he’s pro free speech, why is he supporting a party that’s so far right even Marine Le Pen disavowed them?
