BigAl2526 Posted Sunday at 02:29 AM Posted Sunday at 02:29 AM Bills - 27 Cheatriots - 13 Drake Maye shows potential but has no supporting cast. Buffalo goes up, well up, early then takes their foot off the gas by going run heavy through a good chunk of the second half. That, plus bitter cold temperatures cools off Buffalo's high octane offense a bit in this game. 1 Quote
SydneyBillsFan Posted Sunday at 07:52 PM Posted Sunday at 07:52 PM It's a division game so the odds are that it won't go to script - at least not as far as the margin is concerned: Bills..........27 Pats..........19 1 Quote
Mister Defense Posted Sunday at 08:03 PM Posted Sunday at 08:03 PM The Bills continue to do what I have calling for them to do for the last few years, which I believe will make them a championship team--run the ball and use the backs more, all of them. Last week it was the run game that set up the pass game, as once they run very well, with one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game, they are unstoppable, even with defensive limitations. This week I want more of the same. Ray Davis takes the lead? They have the best running backs in the league, and the best groups of receiving backs. THAT, as yet somewhat untapped potential, continues to be the recipe for domination--and growth. Bills 31, Pats 17, with lotsa big defensive plays at home as well. 1 Quote

RobbRiddick Posted Sunday at 08:49 PM Posted Sunday at 08:49 PM Almost forgot to make my reverse jinx prediction. Pats pull off the upset of the year. Chiefs fan rejoice at another year with HF advantage. Allen throws 2 picks and loses the MVP. Bills 16 - Pats 23 1 Quote

Lays a very hard beat onto a very sad song. While I prefer the original more funky version, this cover pays proper tribute to the late, great Curtis Mayfield, so thanks for introducing me to it. They did not do this in the first half yesterday, got anxious when they fell behind and all but abandoned their best play--being a physical running team, and then the complimentary football improves dramatically from there. But they then returned to their base, the running game, and everything changed. And they threw the ball to their running backs, again, and more so. Keep doing that and this team is, like I have said, almost unbeatable. Great to see Brady is now doing what he has not done enough this year, and it is enabling the Bills to take that championship step forward. 1 Quote
