What if the Bengals fire their meathead and Brady has an offer to reunite with Joe Burrow and JaMaar Chase, who he coached in college?

He’d likely take it.  They could raise up Curry from the QB coach slot, or I could see Peterson or the Browns HC once they each get fired.

Daboll found out what “genius” is like without Josh Allen.

Brady would be a fool to leave the Bills next year.

Not if it's the Bengals.

Would you take the HC job in Cleveland?

How about the Jets?

Nope ...

You need a real good quarterback or you are wasting your time and probably career.

If I was Brady I keep my cushy job but ask for a substantial raise

And what happens when the marriage dissolves, so to speak?..........Brady saw first-hand what happened to Dorsey when McD (supposedly) threw him under the bus to save his own skin, as someone needed to be held accountable for his piss poor D.

Yes, you read that correctly. The D was a mess and falling apart and the FO parts ways with the OC.........wait........what?!?

Of course, it's all rainbows and butterflies now cause the O is rolling, but you don't think that notion has crossed through Brady's mind once or twice if our O starts to dwindle in production?

If i were Brady, i'd stay with the Bills as long as possible, however, i would also be making a backup plan, just in case.

if we win it all.....give him a blank check to stay here

even if we don't, depending on offense in playoffs, I'd still do that

This.  And it’s a very real situation

An oft-injured prima donna QB and penny-pinching owner that nobody likes?

Maybe not quite the dream job he's looking for. 🤷‍♂️

Still one of the 32 Head Coaching jobs with one of the 4 elite QBs. With Burrow and Chase you'll always have a top Offense. His "genius" won't be questioned like Daboll once he left Buffalo

Idk the entire offensive philosophy completely changed overnight once Dorsey got canned and it’s an objective fact that it greatly improved

I really think something was going on behind the scenes where Dorsey was forcing plays to diggs to keep him happy to the detriment of the team but that’s pure speculation of course

it’s just a weird thing to see someone pick on because that was probably one of the best mid season coordinator changes I’ve ever seen

The only bad thing about Brady doing this well is he will get his share of interviews to be a HC. The Bills could very well lose him and that would blow.

That might have been the best offensive gameplan I have seen from a Bills team.  We ate them alive with RB, slot WR and TE catches then added the run.

Later in the game we got the WR's on the outside involved.  Just a brilliant gameplan.

It almost felt personal. Who did you say the offensive genius was?  😂

That felt clever and innovative from the beginning to me. Maybe it was the late start that allowed a little extra pre-gaming. Hard for me to say for sure.

It's certainly the best position likely to be available.

If I'm a long-term thinker though, I am seriously going to question what kind of future I have working with Mike Brown.

If their defense was better I’d def take the shot…Mike brown is pretty good for job security at least if nothing else 😂

That's a good point; although the limited opportunity for a paid permanent vacation could be a downside.

I agree with this but, wtf happened at the end of the half!? Did Brady have an emergency bathroom trip and some toddler call plays for a few mins?

once we had a first and goal, our playcalling got super finess and got away from what worked all half.  Then to not try the Hail Mary? Huh? Wacked

Everyone is saying Cincinnati to work with Burrow and Chase again, but I’m not sure they move on from Taylor even if they miss the playoffs again.

The problem with turning down HC offers as an assistant is that you have to strike while the iron is hot.  There’s only a hand full of opportunities and you can go from in demand to irrelevant fast.

Brady was a “hot” coaching candidate in Carolina that took a few HC interviews.  He was fired into next season.

Then you have my favorite example Bobby F’N Slowik.  Some Bills fans were pining to fire McDermott for Slowik.  This season he sucks and likely won’t get any serious HC interviews.

Given Brady’s experience and the fact he has Allen, probably bodes well for him.

I’m not sure losing him is that big of a deal. Josh Allen has had 3 different OC’s since 2020.

Points ranked 2, 3, 2, 6, 2

Yards ranked 2, 5, 2, 4, 8

The offense will be good. I think if Brady leaves McDermott should look to hire an experienced OC that’s unlikely to get a HC job. Maybe someone like Doug Pederson when he gets fired.

Called a good game.  didnt understand why on 1 yard to go he didnt call a sneak.   a score there would have changed the rest of the game.

I have trouble even faulting him for that because that was such an obvious Offside that got completely blown.  Seems like that formation surprised the lions a bit and it would’ve given us an easy sneak the next play if the refs got it right without having to risk a 4th down sneak

Brilliant strategy! Go to work for the “poor” super stingy cheap guy! He’ll never eat that contract!
