That might have been the best offensive gameplan I have seen from a Bills team.  We ate them alive with RB, slot WR and TE catches then added the run.

Later in the game we got the WR's on the outside involved.  Just a brilliant gameplan.

Absolutely; the man deserves a raise. Whatever it takes to keep him here for a while longer.

He's put about 5 different offenses on the field in the last two months, usually being short a couple skill players, and has been dead nuts on in almost every matchup decision and also had everybody executing at an extremely high level.

The Bills should do everything they possibly can to make him want to stay and try to keep this group together for as long as they can.

Still doesn't explain the terrible play calling near the goal line right before the half.  It's 3rd and goal near the one.  Josh Allen is your QB and you can salt the game away and you put Josh in the shotgun.  Dumb! It was a OC out-smarting himself.  If you wanted to get creative, lineup for the tush push and have Josh bootleg.  Better yet go big, and let Davis or Josh run behind Anderson and Knox.

Everybody assumes he will be gone but many OCs turn down garbage team offers because they are temporary.

Would you take the HC job in Cleveland?

How about the Jets?

Nope ...

You need a real good quarterback or you are wasting your time and could be done in pro sports.

If I was Brady I keep my cushy job with Josh Allen but ask for a substantial raise

What if the Bengals fire their meathead and Brady has an offer to reunite with Joe Burrow and JaMaar Chase, who he coached in college?

I think coordinators are gonna start being a lot more selective about head coaching opportunities so I wouldn’t be surprised if he hangs around.

going to a team with huge ownership or cap issues or anything like that makes your head coaching career very short lived

Yeah, it's not like he's running out of time.

I think he's even younger than Von Miller.

Oh yea he’d probably take that one if given the chance but maybe Ben Johnson would be their first choice if they’re going offensive minded head coach and would have to pass on it first

if I was an offensive guy that bengals defense would really scare me unless I had a DC hire I really liked or an OC I was handing off playcalling duties to so I could spend more time with the defense.
