If it happens is has nothing to do with the Pats and everything to do with the nation wanting to watch Josh Allen.

I hope he goes off for 7 TD's Sunday

Night game.  Brr...  Probably gonna be -8C at kickoff.  And that's before the inevitable wind.

A sneaky attempt to get a groundswell effort to get a roof put on 'Ralph Highmark II'. 🤔

I like the 4:30 games.   Out of church by 12:30, plenty of time to do things at home, and a nice dinner with football.   Not a bad little Sunday.

Same. It is the perfect time slot for me.

This is a classic trap game. Bills struggled against the Pats last year and they are better this year. I feel good about it, but I think it is very difficult to play the same team twice in like 3 weeks, especially if it is a division opponent. That said, rookie QBs have no looked good against McDermott, so I think Maye could struggle.

and the classic response.............

Hearing from a good source that this Sunday’s game will be flexed to 4:25 start time.

Definitely a good source.  Thank you for sharing. Let us know if you get any other valuable intel.

I think the last big thing I broke in here was that Richie Incognito was joining the team. I was working at a local watering hole at the time and Rex himself tipped me off to that one. I got flamed pretty bad until it came true. I still hear some good intel now and then through various sources but typically keep things to myself.

This is my (and a buddy of mine) first game in person of the year, and the very first for my wife, 18 year old daughter, and my buddy's 18 year old son. Ordinarily I'd think that if it gets out of hand I picked the wrong game. No - I want the no punt 7 TD treatment so the kids can see the spectacle, and not remember that this was the time that they saw their old man shotgunning beers with strangers in the parking lot...

Raising an older thread but makes more sense in my mind to post this here rather than the pre-game thread. Other than the Josh Allen show, it doesn't make much sense to flex this to me. CBS already have 49ers-Dolphins in the late slot, and that had a lot riding on it in respect of both seasons being on the line. I guess the one seed could be in play if the Chiefs lose tonight but that's a big 'if'. CBS have even given it the commentary B team which reveals it's status and Sky over here seem to be thinking the same thing, as they're showing 49ers-Dolphins in the late slot. I think they could have left the game where it was.
