Bills Pats Flexed to 4:30 Kickoff [December 22nd NOT Jan 5th ]

Hearing from a good source that this Sunday’s game will be flexed to 4:25 start time.

if they did do this it must be because its a cbs weekend. is it a cbs weekend.  The late cbs games stink.

 

the only good game with meaning at 3:25 (4:25 east coast) is Minnesota and seattle but that is a fox game.

Currently 4:25 games are Jags/ Raiders and 49ers/ Dolphins. I can see where a flex situation could happen. Not necessarily involving the Bills, but possible.

Eyeballs. Josh Allen is must see TV and Bills have gotten boffo ratings recently- albeit vs better teams than the Patriots.

Flexing games is to garner more ad dollars. Good games keep eyes on the game. Great players will have eyes for a period, if it’s a blowout you lose viewers.

I think the league rules are at least 10 days warning for a flex. This can't be next weekend I don't think.

 

Plus week 18 games are all TBD in order to schedule them week of for playoff implications.
