Well, the Pats are going to go 2 ways about this.......

1) throw the kitchen sink at the Bills and try to be the spoiler

2) throw nothing at the Bills, hope to preserve the health of their players and hope for better draft position

So, in the end, while their fans are enjoying their fois gras in their pre-packed lunches, we'll be drinking beer, jumping through tables and beating the pants off the poor Pats (maybe yell a few obscenities at their fans for good measure).

In New England, the Drake Maye hype is kind of ridiculous.

He has shown some nice ability so far, but we knew he had skills coming into the league.  He has really done nothing yet to warrant some of the glowing praise he's received (imo).

Maye was the one QB i didn't want coming to NE.

He has a lot of tangibles, upside and coachable skill and if he ever gets a decent QB coach to teach him, we may have issues in the AFCEast.

I believe that's a few years out though at this point, but he could be a problem if someone teaches him to put it all together.

Fitting the Bills have the chance to make NFL history and become the only team to score 30+ points in 9 straight games against the team that dominated us for 20 years under the Evil Empire of Brady/Belichick.

Of all the QBs that have gotten the “Josh Allen comparison” , I felt like it actually made sense with Drake Maye.

Talent, work ethic, personality… he feels a lot like a poor man’s Josh. If he was in the NFC, I’d root for the kid.

Remember when Mac Jones was the second coming?

Pepperidge Farms remembers...

While I can't see how the bills lose this one, they generally do play to their opponent and I could see this possibly being closer than alot of people think

Not this year, with the possible exception of Jets Dolphins2, but division games are a different beast so you never know.

And go to their homes, and piss on their sheets!!!

I’ve actually used my subscriptions to watch around 8 of their games. He’s actually a pretty solid prospect that with the right coaching could be a problem.

Glowing praise? I think the praise is deserved. That team is devoid of any talent that proven outside Hunter Henry and Stevenson. Even then, they’re not upper end players. Pretty tragic offensive line and a defense that’s hit or miss to boot.

He’s pretty much the only bright spot they have to look forward to next season. Out of all the games I’ve watched, the Miami game was one where he had questionable play for NFL standards.

The kid is a gambler and for that I’ve got respect for him he doesn’t go into a shell or get caught in the headlights.

UGH.......the "mini" GOAT comparison.

The "Mac and Cheese" nickname was nauseating, along with his play.

Any word on the Spencer Brown injury? Hope its not serious

We have very good tackle depth, especially if Grable is healthy, so we should be fine no matter what...

I like his game, too.  But nothing about what he's doing right now is above the expectations anyone had for him, or even shows that he'll be a top 5 or 10 QB.

It's just the way they're talking about him in New England.  But I get that fans can be exuberant about finding a potential franchise QB.  I remember hyping Tuel & many others.

Let's keep an eye on that injury report on Wednesday to see if his shoulder is listed. I didn't like him running at that point in the game.

It sucks how that dude purposely laid out to fall with his full weight on Josh
