Went shopping instead of watching the game? I’ll start… I missed the entire first quarter. Started watching in the second quarter when it was 21-7, and immediately the Lions scored to make it 21-14. When we got to where we were going and I put the game on she said "weren't not sitting in the room watching the game on my birthday are we? (She's from Philly and not a FB fan)." The less obvious reason is because I was at the supermarket earlier in the day wearing a Bills hoodie. Grabbed something off the shelf, turned around and there was a guy walking past with a Lions sweatshirt . I can't remember ever seeing someone in Lions gear in my area. I said something like 'Oh no, not the Lions!". He chuckled and said good luck, I told him to enjoy the game and we went our separate ways. At the time I had no idea whether it was a good or bad omen. An hour or so later I was a a different saw a guy in a Bills hoodie (not a common occurrence in my area and gave him the obligatory Go Bills and I was feeling better. 1 Quote
