Gonna guess Kingston, Ontario. Likely colder than Buffalo on average, but less snow (even though they get lots - tough to match up against Lake Erie lake effect). I wish the NFL would just flat out mandate the at least the ability to close the roof on all new stadiums.  To not put a dome on a stadium in that climate is just stupid, but it’s NY, I expect no less.

I saw recently that Cleveland is seriously considering a dome in the suburbs there and Philadelphia is starting to float ideas about a new dome stadium.   A decade from now there really might be just be a small handful of NFL cold weather outdoor stadiums.

If Cleveland builds a dome in brook park it's going to cost 4 billion dollars lol

 

People here are complaining about the costore of our stadium... Like a dome would have tacked on easily a billion more 

 

People are crying about this prices at then New stadium... Imagine if it was 2.8 billion

 

The psls would be even more ridiculous and push more people out... This is Buffalo... We are tough people
