He was literally beaten a week ago by a team that hit nearly every throw and made every catch in a dome and it was so ridiculous that cowherd posted a rant about how the bills defense is failing josh Allen lol then it seems like he completely forgot about the thing that moved him so much that it caused that rant a week later 😂. Your opponent is also playing in perfect weather too when you have a dome I have no idea why we’d want it especially when our division rival never wins in cold weather Edited Monday at 05:49 AM by Generic_Bills_Fan 2 Quote

It's football weather," Allen said. "We love what we do. ... It's cold for us. It's cold for them. There's snow for us. There's snow for them." 1 Quote

The only thing that can stop him is Zaney Buffalo weather where talent is omitted and the luckier team wins. Just think it was short sighted to know you have the best player in the world why would you not want him to have the best possible playing conditions. How often does a team have the clear cut best best QB in the league? It may never happen for Buffalo again. We have 9 more years or so with him I just wish half his games weren’t a coin flip cause of weather. Go to YouTube and watch videos of Bills mafia at that last sniwbiwl game ! They all raved how great the experience was, many saying it was the best game they ever attended. The tailgating and whole experience looked amazing. All those on YouTube were adamant it would be terrible to have a dome and not experience American Football in a great snow environment as a tradition. They came , they shoveled, they stayed, and the Bills won. It was an obvious advantage against San Fran. peguka did the right thing. His franchise qb plays like he was born to play in the snow and he had 6 tds that game! That lake effect game was absolutely a classic that will be watched over and over again . It’s part of what makes Buffalo so unique. It’s not about career stats etc, after all the SB”s are played in warm climates so weather doesn’t matter. You don’t destroy iconic scenes and games like the LA snow bowl ; The Bills will be around even after Josh retires , and who knows , the Bills may need snow to equalize the field when he’s gone. Smart owner, no dome! 1 Quote

BullBuchanan Posted Monday at 09:53 AM Posted Monday at 09:53 AM Take away the most critical advantage we have? ok. Pointless discussion anyway as we won' be getting a dome for at least 30 years. Quote

You don't spend a billion additional dollars to build a dome for the composition of the current team. Allen could tear his ACL next week (God forbid) and never be the same player after that. Then what happens to the dome? You build the dome because it attracts other events that need a climate controlled environment for 30k+ people for the next 50 years. If anything - I would say Allen deserves the grass field to protect his body and make his playing career as long as possible. Allen plays a minimum of 10 games each year on turf between 8 games in Orchard Park, one in Foxboro, and another in East Rutherford - I want that number as low as possible. A dome in WNY would not allow for that. They can roll the grass into the dome in Arizona and Vegas because of the climates there. You can grow beautiful grass in your basement. They could have grass in a dome in Buffalo. Quote

zow2 Posted Monday at 01:06 PM Posted Monday at 01:06 PM The Bills Oline can dominate the trenches against anyone especially when they are super motivated (i.e. playoff games). If the Bills needs to use ground and pound in rough weather the RB room is terrific and they can win that way. In past years I feel as though the RB room was not as deep as this crew and it depended more on Allen to make splashy pass plays which is hard in cold/wind. Quote
JP51 Posted Monday at 01:08 PM Posted Monday at 01:08 PM I dunno big armed qb team with a cold weather mentality i think outdoors over all is an advantage not looking for a dome imo Quote

ProcessTruster Posted Monday at 01:35 PM Posted Monday at 01:35 PM nah, if it were a dome most fans would just go in the warm stadium, eat lousy $15 hot dogs and drink watered down beer; the whole tailgating extravaganza would disappear. would be like going to a sabres game (well, not exactly... ) 9 hours ago, Since1981 said: Folks. We have a unicorn in a pro league that has been changing rules pro AIR. BUF has so much wind. Until you live elsewhere, you can’t appreciate it. The wind is a competitive advantage in sail boats and Henry, nobody else in 2025 NFL the new stadium is aligned and built to largely eliminate the impact of the easterly wind off the lake. so that piece largely goes away. 1 Quote
