Im not sure Houston has the creativity on offense to score enough to beat KC. I do know that Dline will be all over Mahomes. HOU, PIT, and Denver are going to beat up KC on offense. Without a Bye they will be in trouble. There is a world where they lose out. They are playing these tough 1 score games. It is going to flip sooner or later. Isn't it really kind of pointless to say KCs o-line is week when they have the one seed this deep in season. It's just a odd stupid cliche sports argument. It apparently doesn't matter. 1 1 1 Quote

Stroud has regressed from last season and Bobby F’N Slowik went from an OC some Bills fans were drooling to fire McDermott for, to a poor man’s Todd Downing in less than 12 months. The defense is ok but it can be had and as good as Stingley is at CB, teams have had success throwing against their secondary. And for all the crap McDermott gets, I’d argue that DeMeco Ryans is an even worse game manager. So while Houston has a nice collection of individual players I’m not sold they can beat KC, especially since I think Mahomes is fine. I expect KC figures out a way to win. With Houston giving them the game as the way lol. Quote

They have seen the 10th most passing attempts and allowed the 6th least passing yards. I see them as good - not great. Mac Jones and Will Levis had a lot of success against them as did Cooper Rush (though his was assisted by volume and garbage time). Their INT’s have come in bunches like the game against Detroit, which they still lost and yesterday in Miami. I thought Tua’s 2 of Tua’s INT were really bad unforced errors. The final INT was a great play by Stingley 7 minutes ago, Mat68 said: I expect KC figures out a way to win. With Houston giving them the game as the way lol. Probably like every KC win this season. He got hurt in the pocket. Yes they beat the Browns. They got 4 picks and scored a total of 21 points. Kc can win 1 way. Play very good defense and control the clock. Buffalo scored 30 in 8 straight games. KC hasnt score 30 once this year. Oline is a problem. They cant score because of it. 2 Quote

SCBills Posted December 18 Posted December 18 Chiefs fans are tagging Mahomes with this and hoping it’s bulletin board material, but I love it from Settle. I hope that Texans Defense comes in with bad intentions against this drama queen. Based on these comments, they just might. Quote

Yes, it's cliche because fans say this junk over and over again and it amounts to nothing. Apparently it's still a NFL o-line because they apparently keep winning. And again, the redundant 30 points a game bla bla. Remember Denver, Manning. First time the explosive offense loses to Baltimore who goes to beat SF in SB. Then Denver loses to Seattle in SB. Remember Fouts and the Chargers? 30 points a game doesn't mean Diddly in playoffs, when you can't stop anyone. Allen is doing all the scoring. This isn't basketball, you can't rely on one guy in playoffs. It simply is what it is. And Historically, teams like Buffalo don't advance in playoffs. 1 1 Quote

If all Buffalo can do is pass it doesnt fair well in the playoffs. Buffalo has a better oline and run game than those offenses. In the playoffs who can get to the Qb and who can protect their qb. The oline for KC is as big or bigger an issue than Buffalos recent defense struggles. Kc is not equipped to attack Buffalo like Det or LAR. Good run games with very good drop back passing attacks. No Williams and St Brown or Kupp and Nuckua for KC. Edited December 18 by Mat68 Quote

Except they actually stop teams from scoring. Neither QB has star receivers. (Both have one that's older basically ,I guess) Yes KC is better than Baltimore. That won't change till Jackson is gone. He's nothing more than the Dominique Wilkins of the NFL. If kC does happen to see GB,Phila, in SB. They will beat them. I doubt GB gets there. For a KC troll masquerading as the voice of objectivity, you’re sounding a lot like Nick Wright, Mr Chief. Lamar was bad last year in the AFC championship. He’s young and he has a big time RB in Henry and receivers that are better this year. Why would you compare Philly to the team they beat 2 years ago. They are the best defense in football and have the best RB. The Chiefs let Carolina, Vegas, Denver, Buffalo and LA come right down the field to score when it mattered. Philly controls the ball in every game and will keep the ball away from Mahomes. This year the magic ends. 1 1 1 Quote

Not any way in heck. It's not my fault they are the issue at hand for buffalo and the AFC. I'm an adult. I can see the NFL as a whole piece. Not just one part. They let those teams score And still won. I thought this year the magic ended too. But not after the last 3 weeks. 1 1 Quote
