Ben Johnson is from Charleston SC and played WR at UNC. Like the Confederacy he’s great at offense, but not good on defense. I thought abandoning the run early exposed his depleted defense. A lot like the summer of 1863, instead of a defensive campaign built around attrition, Johnson went totally on offense. Is there a disconnect between Johnson and Campbell?

Is there a world with enough room where Johnson and Brady can both be really good coordinators? I'm pretty sure there is.

Crazy talk!

He's a witch!!!

The cool name on TBD. The hottest name in NFL circles. Annointed head coach for the disgruntled masses.

Here’s what he has:

Best OL in the league.
Best RB duo in the league.
Top 5 TE in the league.
Top 5 QB in the league.
Top Slot WR in the league.

Couldn’t beat a Bills D without starting safeties, a CB and a gimpy LB.

Cool name, though.

Jared Goff top five quarterback right now?

if so, it’s only because of Ben Johnson

It's really true, particularly about the hollers.

I was born in Bradford Hospital and am in Western PA now and it might be even more that way over here.

Maybe you and the other Midlanders can get a private chat room? We’re talking football here.

There’s just no way Goff is considered a top 5 qb right?? He missed tons of throws

He was an MVP candidate 2 weeks ago. Big johnson couldn’t get it done.

Duhtwah dropped a 42 burger on us.  The difference was the Sun God fumble.  Ben Johnson did just fine.

He did? I thought the idea was to win?

Two best teams in the NFL went head to head.  Somebody had to lose.  If you want to write off Ben Johnson because the Bills won, then it's Dave Mason time.

Joe Brady might have called the best offensive game I have ever seen...minus the AFC Championship 51-3 game against the Raiders.

Joe Brady called the best offensive game since the Rams OC’s last week.

You see his troll job at this point? You point out logical stats and views and he takes on the angle that nothing matters because they didn't win. Meanwhile, if you said something about McD's playoff performance he would go, but injuries, and emotional fatigue, and the sun was a degree off what it was projected. It was the wind speed I tell you!

That is an excellent historical analogy. You get an "A" for the day.

When an OC is annointed as “The Greatest”, one would think (with all due respect) the guy would take advantage of a depleted defense. We had Kair Elam out there for f’s sake! And after Bishop left, a fifth string safety. You really are a johnson lover.

He had one job. Beat our depleted secondary. He failed. Sorry. I know you think his name is sexy, but he’ll fail as a HC when he doesn’t have Top 5 everything.

I didn't notice you started the thread 🤣🤣 all I can say now is you are correct 😉
