We moved it well before they had a rash of injuries in the game though and they didn’t do much when we had our starters in in the first half. If injuries were turned off I think we blow them out Hutchinson is worth at least like 3 of our missing players, IMO. I'd take Hutchinson over Rapp, Hamlin and Douglas. Quote

I should’ve said 6 players…although the further you go down the depth chart the worse it gets so I don’t think that’s a huge distinction no Douglas, rapp or Hamlin to start the game. Milano and Williams went down midgame as did bishop. I’m gonna rewatch the game anyway so I’ll check to see if I missed one. Thought we were down 7 players while watching it but my count is now 6. I think Williams came back briefly and left again a rash of injuries forced lewis into a tough role and Spector got forced in and boy did the lions pick on those two guys much like the bills picked on the lions injured guy replacements aka tons of points Edited December 16 by Generic_Bills_Fan Quote

The maximum starters you can lose is 11 lol. The bills didn’t only have 5 other defenders playing. Quote

Lol I addressed that directly in the post, friend. 4 starters and 2 other depth pieces that got forced onto the field were out I am 100% ok with altering the wording to that and would make exactly the same point. I would’ve rather lost another starter than freakin Spector getting forced onto the field that was tough to watch…so I don’t really understand getting hung up on the semantics. Williams may technically be a depth piece now but he had way more value in that moment than losing a starting DE or DT or something like that Edited December 16 by Generic_Bills_Fan Quote
starrymessenger Posted December 16 Posted December 16 (edited) Yesterday we saw Josh Allen, a right handed QB roll out to his left and without pivoting and planting throw a dime laser to James Cook to his right while still proceeding towards the boundary all in one motion. That is something that is simply not supposed to happen. Edited December 16 by starrymessenger 1 2 Quote

Allen high steps a free rusher forcing a missed sack, beats the defense to the sideline to buy time, and throws a perfect missile into Coleman’s chest. 1 Quote

Man with No Name Posted December 16 Posted December 16 The throw to Cook was almost impossible. He made it look easy. 1 Quote

Folks like @GunnerBill out here acting like Jared Goff doesn’t make plays like this every week???? Look at how many guys Josh needed to not block a free rusher, not get open for at least 10 seconds, and catch a missile that hit them directly in the chest while he’s throwing across his body while rolling to his left. It takes a village! Josh doesn’t do this stuff on his own! Quote

Allen made Campbell call onside kick w 12 minutes left to play down 10😂😂he was so good he literally made the opposing HC do something very weird and everybody kind of just shrugged and said 'yeah ok we kind of get it' Nobody has seen anything like this dude before Quote

Or that there are almost no other humans in the world that can do it. He makes 5-10 of those plays every week. And yet that still isn't proof that it is entirely Josh. That, and only that, is the point I have disputed constantly through this thread. There is zero dispute that Josh is the best player in the league. 1 Quote

That, and only that, is the point I have disputed constantly through this thread. There is zero dispute that Josh is the best player in the league. The point disputed is that THAT PLAY is indicative of how much this offense needs Josh to work. The point disputed is the things that Josh does on that play and similar plays ROUTINELY is more than what virtually every other single QB in the league does to make their offenses go. Sure, a completed pass can never be “entirely Josh” because someone has to catch the ball. That’s kinda silly semantics. The bottom line that is extremely obvious to me, is that the Bills not only ask Josh to do more than every other QB in the league, they NEED it and, most importantly, he usually delivers. I consider that to be part and parcel with “the offense is all Josh Allen.” Edited December 17 by FireChans 1 1 Quote
