What’s funny is its pretty much a consensus that this is the best offensive line Allen has ever had.  But that apparently doesn’t matter.

Yea I’m getting pretty peeved only Josh is getting credit tbh haha

I'm not angry at all - but the defense remains a major problem, no matter how much people want to try to rationalize.

I'm worried about Miller. He's ineffectual. But I don't know if that's a fatal flaw.

But surely any defence in the league is going to struggle when it's playing back ups of back ups all across the secondary and backs up at linebacker. I'd accept it more if we were crying with a few more starters in the backfield

How do we even know? Lol. The play was blown dead on the incorrect team.  Should’ve been an easy sneak after an obvious Offside.

and that second point is pretty dubious too imo.  Teams open the full playbook there very often and when it works they’re praised as geniuses.

Maybe they were going to run the tush push from the 1 from shotgun?  I mean, I suppose that is possible.

The pass was called with 2:59 left.  A run takes the clock down to around 2:10, and a run on 3rd down takes the clock down to 2:00.  Ultimately, it didn't make a difference.

Thankfully, Campbell was in his full meathead glory today.

Never against a team like the Lions. But not many do. I’m guessing they will find themselves over the these next three games though.

Well we better keep that tape because it wouldn't surprise me if we face each other in Feb.

Maybe I’m blind or something, but didn’t a guy wearing #4 for the Bills score 2 TDs?

Yes and he’s great.

But put him on a team without Allen and you’ll see how much tougher it is for him to run. He often has open lanes because defenses are scared to stack the box with the threat of Allen.

Ed made a lot of plays, Johnson, Cook,Coleman, Brady called a good game. But at the end of the day, only Allen is getting us 7 points on the first drive and the drive before half. It’s much more than just that. So sure, none of it happens without him. Not sure why that would offend anybody.

I'm surprised by the negative reactions to the OP.

That game should have been done by the time the 4th quarter started.  Instead, we were all sweating out that onside kick at the end.

Think about it.

I agree, neither of those were great calls. I put the 2nd one more on the Head Coach there. He has to say "no more passes." But overall his play calling and play design was excellent. Great mix of pasd to run and I can't remember a game basically all year where Josh threw so many balls to open guys.

Do people legitimately not watch other nfl games?  Teams that don’t really trust their defense and want to win it with the offense will mix a high percentage throw in in that situation very very often.  It 100% worked too as far as the throwing methodology there goes we punched in the td that was somehow called back on a rather suspicious hold

If ifs and buts were candy and nuts we’d all have a Merry Christmas.  The O line played great, Cook and Johnson did too.  We have a lot of guys who played great on that side of the ball.  And Josh as the ringmaster.

You're absolutely right. We are supposed to have a defensive coach...

And have given up almost 90 points combined in two games.

Every coach besides Joe Brady needs to figure it out

That isn't the same thing as "it's all Josh Allen."

Josh is the best player in the league right now, no question about it. He is the biggest reason the Bills are 11-3 and no way they win today without him. But that does not mean today was "all him." There were other players who made important plays and an OC who called a really excellent game and dismissing them just because of Josh's greatness isn't accurate.

I don't think anyone is offended by the fact we've got a great QB

I think it's more that people are offended by the fact that us having a great QB is used as a stick with which to hit the whole rest of the organisation.

It's almost like having a great QB has made some of us even more angry. It's so weird. Because for 20 years watching this team has been SHYTE. Now it's amazing fun.

I actually thought the defense was pretty good today. Lions are just that good on offense.

Last week was disappointing though.

all the negative reactions to this comment.

Put into perspective the Lions average 32 points per game in games they are typically winning by 3 scores! Games they are just on cruise control and running clock.

this game they were down between two and three scores for a large part of the game. Their leagues best offense was full throttle all game.

but they punted their first two drives and committed the only turnover of the game. That was ball game. And against a defense that was missing three starters in the secondary and lost their starting LB during the game.

And what does the line look like without Allen’s mobility. He's a star, he’s our only star. It doesn’t work without him.

That’s past trauma honestly…y’all were a bit silly if you were sweating there.  Even if they recovered the onside kick they had a long way to go.

idk of another team that can have 11 points stolen by overly officious nonsense and still force the lions into needing an onside and late td to win

Why, oh why - do we need him to put on the cape every single game?

C'mon, coaches. Step UP.

This defensive scheme is ****.  It's got to be changed somewhat going into the playoffs.  We can't keep giving up 35+ points a game to good offenses

This, is undisputable. That is not the same as it being "entirely Josh Allen."
