I'm not being negative. We have the best QB in the league. I can't be more positive than that. My point was that we needed him to perform at an unreal level to win this game, and he did. Rarely do I only give him the game ball. I thought he deserved the distinction in this one. If you disagree that's fine, my feelings aren't hurt.

The Lions are kind of a really good football team, having the best QB in the league and leaning on him against them isn't that weird.

There were plays made by other players today.  It wasn’t just Allen.  Allen was the best player by far but others contributed.

Correct. Brown was incredible. There were some of the usual suspects who said when he signed the contract "he'd have to become the best right tackle in football to deserve that." 

 

Well don't look now, but he is playing like the best right tackle in football. We need to see it sustain before I say he IS that. But he is sure as hell playing like it right now.
