Malazan Posted December 16 Posted December 16 Wow, just saw that Montgomery is out for the season now too for the Lions. They are wrecked. 1 Quote

Yeah that really kinda sucks for them. Now I really hope they can make it to the Super Bowl if the Bills can get there. 1 Quote

The Eagles definitely the clear favorite to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. Maybe the Packers or Vikings have a shot, but it will probably be Philly. 1 Quote
JerseyBills Posted December 16 Posted December 16 Holy S*** , re watch that throw to Coleman , like 65 air yards, running right with the flick of a wrist, placed perfectly.. Wow 3 1 2 Quote

Wow Upthread it was listed as one of the shortest hang times for a 50+ air yard throw. Insane. 1 Quote

Probably just flat out incompetence but not so sure. That no call on Shakir in the end zone was atrocious. He was grabbed out of his cut and then contact way before the ball arrived. There were two separate fouls on the play and not one was called. 1 1 Quote

I mean, it generally is - but some of the pinpoint long & intermediate passes he has made are really jaw-dropping. Love the protection he's getting. Give JA time, and he's going to find a guy and get the ball to him. Yea that 35 yard pass to Shakir in the End Zone early that hit him in the face mask because his arm was being held (no freaking call) was amazing. 1 2 Quote

Tough to tell without a side by side race lol Herbert ran a marginally faster 40 time but Josh’s form for running the 40 yard dash was hilariously bad…I don’t think he spent any time preparing for it when a lot of guys do Edited December 16 by Generic_Bills_Fan Quote

Wow I also like the first throw to Ty Johnson. It shows that he’s been working on his touch, which was one of his 2 remaining weaknesses (deep ball.) 1 Quote
Simon Posted December 16 Posted December 16 Does anybody have a replay of that throw he made to Ty Johnson in traffic coming out of halftime? It might have been right in the first set of downs. I don't know if it was me or if that was really as freaking nuts as I thought. Quote

Taking advantage of their 4-3 base defense. 💙 To me, Ty Johnson has been the biggest surprise on offense for us all season. I still think that Ray Davis is our best receiving running back, but Ty Johnson has been a very reliable and effective as a receiver. We did not see this from him last season. 1 Quote

He was 7 for 7 in catches last year. Just didn't see enough of him with the other RB3s. 2 Quote

Ty Johnson is so tough to evaluate…people said yesterday its all Josh elevating him but he really has played for straight up scrub franchises (at the time) before coming to Buffalo. So couldn’t that be other teams diminishing him to a degree too? Lol I feel like he deserves some accolades all on his own despite Josh throwing a couple absolute dimes his way last night. Clearly he’s doing something right to earn snaps in a backfield with cook and Davis Edited Monday at 11:08 PM by Generic_Bills_Fan 3 Quote

Wow The EZ view of the play is insane - you see him buy time then get obliterated right off the screen right as the ball is launched as if from a cannon - then you're looking at the receivers and thinking 'wait that's too far the ball won't get there' even though you know it does - and it drops right in Coleman's arms. Absolute insanity Edited Monday at 11:12 PM by stevewin 1 Quote
