The other thing I love is 16-minutes after the game ends, its euphoria over a Bills win, and the caller always says he guys how are you?

It's like we're doing great Greg - what do you want to say.

How do you think everyone is doing beating a 12-1 team on the road?

I said this about 6 posts above this one - "There was that caller yesterday - Steven in Florida - who called both overtime shows and Jeremy and Joe - and said the exact same thing in the same order to all 3 hosts."

Yeah, Steven in Florida.  You got it for sure.   I dont listen in the offseason so I cant tell you if it happens then.  But no lie, its everyday of the week.  He calls the morning show, then he calls Sal and says the same exact thing.    You can tell he thinks a hell of a lot of his opinion as well.     Type of a guy who can clear a room in about ten minutes.

Neil and Paul from Buffalo know hockey - both of them can pick out exact problems with the Sabres in a sport that is harder for an average person to watch and know what "system" a team runs.

Straight-line speed and size - Herbert matches Allen - the difference is Allen is so much more coordinated. The jukes, the acceleration, he makes definitive decisions to just go.

This^ . Few if any have the combination of Josh Allen’s athleticism and what is going on in his headspace - especially when being chased by defenders. He’s a defense destroying cyborg of a football player.

If team owners only knew the genius oasis AM radio provides..

I am an avid listener.   Most of my meetings are late afternoon to early evening, as such I am able to listen to the earlier shows while I work.   I listen to some of the post games as well.   There is a caller named Stephen who may be one of the most irritating humans I've ever heard call into these shows.    He calls every day.   Not only does he call every day, but he calls each show every day.    He literally says the same thing almost verbatim to each host, two to three times a day.   It's the weirdest thing I've ever heard.

Last night my wife and kids fell asleep early, so I listened to the early and late post-game shows while I took care of some housework.   The dude called in and said the same thing on different shows maybe a half hour apart.

Msybe Stephen is an AI bot 😛

Am I the only one becoming a real fan of Spencer Brown? He’s an absolute monster. He’s got that old school neck roll on his shoulder pads. He’s playing really good football. Love everything about him.

Youre not the only one and I also love the aesthetic of the neck roll on him.  Dude is a mauler.  Hope he gets right after his injury last night.

Few things that did bother me:

1. 3rd and Goal: why not a QB sneak? You told us a week ago it was your best play and fail to do it

2. Bass missing a 24 yard FG.. will this come back to bite us?

3. Coverage on WRs has been bad the last two weeks. If Allen is off for one playoff game can the Defense prevent the Bills from getting down double digits?

I know Colin Cowherd can be quite a blowhard, but he does have one take I appreciate, and considering he started as a radio host I give him some weight...

Cowherd calls the people who you hear call into sports radio shows "The Wrong Guy". Meaning, they have made so many WRONG choices in their lives, that they find themselves with nothing else to do but sit on hold all day just for the chance to have 30 seconds to give their dumb, unoriginal opinion on something that doesnt really matter to them.

It's like when teams try to game plan for the fact he's "better when he rolls to his right".  I saw some interview in the last year or so someone mentioned it and Josh just smiled and was basically "OK".  It's one thing to know it and another to stop it

True, and I also like when I see Allen sprinkling in some reps where he climbs the pocket or escapes to his left and make those throws.

Those are not easy throws for a right handed QB to make, but Allen threw some gems yesterday while on the move to the left without much as a break in stride.

He puts defenses in so much conflict whether to close on him or stay back in coverage and if they are rolling coverage to the right he has other tools in the box he can use when needed.

Not that he always has to make those high-difficulty tosses, but just knowing he can gives defenses one more thing to worry about.

And I think we can all applaud the kind of slides he made yesterday too. He did not go into them too early setting up short down and distance but right beyond the marker to convert the down. And he slid while under good control and in better position to avoid or defend a late hit.

Loved the quick slide and the way he popped right up off the turf. Why lay down there inviting defenders to do their worst to "avoid" hitting you.

Elam looked like he played pretty well to me which is a good sign…felt like Spector and Lewis got picked on all game once Milano/williams/bishop went down.  Those guys would  not have even have been on the field in the role that they were in if the injury situation wasn’t as bad

Allen had so many pretty throws yesterday. Keon for one. But that throw to Kincaid in stride while he was between 2 defenders was my favorite.

Montgomery done for the year per the Athletic.  Just saw the headline.

Feels like how we were last year.  Injuries piling up right before the postseason.  They have like 12 guys on IR.

Aside from the last series where there were called Josh runs to try to put the game away - I also think he definitely was being smart yesterday and taking the safe option a lot of times instead of going beast mode and trying to run guys over.  Even on the long scramble up the middle where he did the pop-up slide, you know deep down as he was rambling he would have loved to take on and truck those last guys in his way - but he did the right thing and got down, and like you said pop up before anyone could touch him.

For these last games wouldn't be surprised if there are no called QB runs at all - should be able to TCOB w/o needing them and putting him in harms way at all

Allen deserved another 6 TD game.  He would have gotten it with a QB sneak on 2nd and goal from the 1 after the Keon play

and the official not throwing a flag for "holding" when he saw the play was going to be a TD

That holding call was ridiculous…felt like they wanted a more exciting ending if I had my tinfoil hat on 😂

the chiefs whined about ‘how can you deny greatness’ on a completely obvious penalty can’t even imagine how the bills feel after that one

That non call plus the hilariously bad non DPI call in the end zone on the Bills first drive were enough to raise eyebrows. Probably just flat out incompetence but not so sure.
