So he's already passed Kelly for total TDs I'm guessing so he'd only have passing TDs left TD wise for the Bills.

I watched the first quarter before we had to leave (while she was getting ready), then turned my phone off.  The place where we went had a bar with a TV tuned to the game and I stole a quick glance while walking in to see that it was 14-7, which wasn’t terribly surprising.  Fortunately the dining room and bar were in separate rooms.  We had dinner reservations at 5, and stayed until 7:30.  Came home, and my wonderful wife gave me permission to watch the game immediately.  I just got done watching a little while back and, MAN, was that fun.

 

I’m sure the GDT was a GDM at times.  But the overall impression I got from this was that we punched them in the mouth.  Sure, Goff had 500 yards passing playing catchup against a depleted back seven, but let’s be honest:  this game was never really close or in doubt.

I think too many posters here get caught up in their own world and agendas, thinking we almost lost this game.   I had a couple friends texting me early 4th quarter - 1 a Lions fan - all thought the game was pretty much over.   
 

Yes, the Lions kept scoring. But so did the Bills.  It’s not like they had any answer for our offense.   So yeah, they put up a lot of stats n our D… we put up a lot on their D.  
 

granted, I didn’t rest until the clock hit all zeros.  But in looking back… we dominated them for the start.

Oddly enough I think his journey to the NFL actually helped him become exactly what you're talking about.   Had he gone to the biggest high school, and followed it up with a legit college program, the things he does week in and week out would have coached out of him to death.

 

To watch a Quarterback take the snap, stand in the pocket, go through his reads, drift right, drift further right, drift even further until his feet are almost out of bounds, and then throw an absolute rope without resetting his feet is against everything logical.     Kudos to the Bills organization for just letting him be Josh.

Probably not as bad as the taste Lions fans have - knowing that their defense did give up the game.

They have opened the door for the division too…that was a huge game for them

Nah, he came out the same year as Josh. 
 

In fact, that Bucs draft was a catalyst for their SB run. 
 

Vita Vea, Carlton Davis and Jordon Whitehead were all in that 2018 draft class.

Don’t sell the players short ; they made plenty of mistakes. Poor tackling, bad angles and allowing Lions WRs to get out of bounds. More players than scheme imo. Great win, yes. The Offense and Allen will determine the Bills Super Bowl fate. The defense is not a great unit.

Yes it was ; only one game between them and Vikings. Lion’s definitely wanted this one .

On the bass FG before the 2 min warning, I was oscillating between the benefit of waiting until 2:02 to snap the ball, but also not wanting to throw bass off his rhythm. 

 

Am i wrong for being a bit miffed that the lions got another time stop? The incompletion helped, but still.

Maybe this was discussed previously . Did coach mismanage again at the end on lions last TD. Since clock was the enemy of the Lions shouldn’t our DB just tackled the WR’s out running routes and not allow them to catch pass.

What a game! We are watching the most talented QB to ever play this game. We will never see a better one in our lifetimes. What a time to be a Bills fan. Appreciate it.

McDermott has things to fix on defense. Come playoff time just find way to keep teams under 30 and come up with some timely turnovers. I think Allen and this offense can take care of the rest if that happens.
