Harold Jackson Posted Monday at 02:33 AM Posted Monday at 02:33 AM Everything is fine of course. Goff sucks when necessary. Mahomes should be weak at this point. The future looks fine 1 Quote
EmotionallyUnstable Posted Monday at 02:33 AM Posted Monday at 02:33 AM Allen is HIM OL was stout, great ground game. TEs making schnaggggs Ty Johnson is a steel trap Coooooooooook Agressive D in the first 3Q, DL looked turned up Injuries mounting on the back end…wondering if the defensive transition was due to injuries, game script or both. Mack Hollins should have scored that TD on the onsides I would love to hear and see what it was like at the bottom of that dog pile on the final on sides kick 1 Quote

If the Bills do anything but win the Super Bowl you’re gonna feel like you’ve won your argument. Have at it hoss. damn right my argument will be correct because with Josh at qb there should be no other standard period. Best qbs to ever do it and he’s going to have his prime wasted by a coach who chokes every time the pressure gets cranked up. 1 1 1 2 1 Quote

Any team that will be looking for a new head coach in the upcoming off season would love to have McDermott. He is a great coach that knows how to maximize his players abilities. Please tell me of one player that left Buffalo and was better with their new team. Do I think he could he be batter at some areas of being a head coach? absolutely. And I think he would agree. IMO he will only get better with more experience. I honestly don't know of any coach that is or will be available in the off season that would be better. Tell me, who do you think should be the Bills head Coach. 4 Quote

I really didn't expect the Bills to win prior to the game, but as soon as it got started you could tell we had a chance. The Lions are a very legit team, though Goff did not play perfectly (unlike Stafford last week). I hope we can get our defense playing consistently at all three levels in the near future. With JA now in his ultra prime years, I think the offense can score enough. Keep the turnover differential in positive territory and anything is possible. The D got a lot more pressure this game than in the Rams game... You have to give Goff some credit for getting out a couple times, and standing in there too... I think McD and Bobby have some late nights ahead of them. No matter what they have to get better on these big swing downs in the 2nd half... Looks like the Lions were 6 of 9 on 3rd and 4th downs in the 2nd half... The Rams killed the Bills on 3rd down as well... That's not going to cut it long term IMHO... 1 Quote
VaMilBill Posted Monday at 02:44 AM Posted Monday at 02:44 AM From a coaching perspective, only issue I have with decision making today was not executing a sneak on 3rd and 1 right before halftime. That was an idiotic decision to go away from something that works. that being said, it ended up not hurting us too much. 2 1 Quote

Without Josh, no way is McDermott a HC right now. Keep in mind McD is the guy who was still going back to the Nathan Peterman well in 2018 with Josh on the team. If he wasnt lucky enough to strike gold with Josh, he has a sub.500 record and is fired by 2022. (He got 5 full years for breaking the drought) 3 1 1 1 Quote

Tell me, who do you think should be the Bills head Coach. For building a culture McDermott is great no doubt. Send him to Jacksonville, NY or an other terrible organization and he’ll probably turn them into a decent franchise like he did with us. His in game management has been terrible since the beginning and he continues to suck at it. He folds under pressure, plays soft when it matters most and has come up short every single year he’s led the team with arguably the best qb in the league. he’s a great human being but he’s reached his pinnacle. Once Brady leaves this offseason we’ll be back to hoping we can find some new coordinator that can continue with what we have. Or we’ll end up with another Dorsey or Dabaoll and waste more of Josh’s greatness. IMO just give Brady the head coaching gig and find a good d coordinator and go for it. I hope to god I’m wrong but history has shown us how this plays out. 1 1 3 Quote

Time wasn't an issue and scoring a TD there would have probably made the entire second half garbage time. Sometimes I think all these HCs and Coordinators get too cute. 1 Quote
