I knew we would win in the 3rd quarter of the Rams game. We got our backs to the walls, our heels pushed back and had no choice but to get on our toes and heave forward.  Since that 3rd quarter we began the best football of our season. Against a team that was similar to the Lions we got our fears going and ready for this week. 

 

It sucks we lost but we got ready for today and the rest of the season last week 

 

The sky is the limit of we can maintain the focus the rest of the year into the post season.

He draws their #1 cover guy and they probably rotate a safety his way which creates a cascade freeing up Shakir, Kincaid and others.  The implications here are fantastic for the Bills.  At some point defenses are going to have to key on stopping these other guys and then Cooper is going to go off.

Played, but no stats.  And that’s fine. RB’s had a great game - TY Johnson had 5 catches for 114 yards. TE’s had good stats. Get the ball to the right people and win the game.

Great win, but on a side note it seems Josh has taken a lot of shots to the head the last several games. I'm not whining about no penalty call but I thought plays were reviewed every week by the league. Gosh I know some Bills players have been fine post game for borderline stuff. Does the team have to submit these types of play to the league or is there an overall review.

Agreed this week... I think before that 3rd and 17 TD they played as well as I could have hoped against a very good Detroit Offense... But including and after that play, boy did it get ugly. I'm not sure if that was Milano's last play or not... But late they are without their top 3 pure Safeties and their #2 CB... I think it's at least understandable that mistakes were made. And maybe that forced Bobby's hands a bit play call-wise... 

 

I just worry about this Defense if Josh is not out there looking like Kal-El...

Spencer Brown had one of the most ferociously dominant games from an OL I've seen in the run game. What I noticed through the normal course of action was absurd, I'll need to rewatch to see all the plays.

Is there anything to worry about with Dorian Williams and Spencer Brown injuries?

This was a helluva win.  I really didn't expect the Bills to win prior to the game, but as soon as it got started you could tell we had a chance.  The Lions are a very legit team, though Goff did not play perfectly (unlike Stafford last week).

 

I hope we can get our defense playing consistently at all three levels in the near future.  With JA now in his ultra prime years, I think the offense can score enough.  Keep the turnover differential in positive territory and anything is possible.
