We had leads of 10, 14, and 17 points for a lot of the game, and it was never less than a touchdown until under a minute to play. Would we love to win by two or three touchdowns? Sure - but no need to go all negative after a colossal win like that. All the prognosticators said we'd lose and the Bills went out and proved them wrong. Go Bills! It was a tough win ON THE ROAD against the Conference leading opponent who hadn't lost a home game to an AFC opponent in that building for a few years. It was tough to see this defense getting torched in spite of having a lot more pressure than the team had in the last game. The middle of the defense looks a lot weaker than we assumed. 2 Quote

Big Turk Posted December 16 Posted December 16 Bills part of another first in NFL history... Lions became the first team to ever be 10 games over .500 and score 35 points or more and lose in the history of the NFL. 3 1 Quote

That negated the best play of the game, and made this game a close one. It was defensive hands to the face and Edwards’ hands were inside the framework. Horrible call. 2 1 Quote
Buddy Hix Posted December 16 Posted December 16 I’m still annoyed it even came down to an onside kick. We punted the ball in the 3rd quarter with 25 secs on the clock. Like how does our multimillion dollar staff screw up the easiest stuff? It’s pathetic, and McD owns it. 4 1 Quote
RunTheBall Posted December 16 Posted December 16 What a W. Joshua F’n Allen is the best player in football bar none. What a treat to watch him play every week. I thought a L was likely. How wrong was I. We went into the home of the best team in football, down 3 starters on D at the start, and won. That’s all that matters. Style points don’t count. We had control from the first series and never let up. Enjoy the W. We will get healthier on D. We are on to New England* 8 1 Quote
KCNC Posted December 16 Posted December 16 I'll gladly eat crow on this one. I thought Lions would run all over us. Defense came out with a new attitude today. 5 1 Quote
Billz4ever Posted December 16 Posted December 16 Just now, The Helmet of said: Goff threw the ball 59 times!!! Against our D with both starting safeties and a CB out. Going into the 4th quarter, Detroit only had 21. I think we all would've preferred not giving up 21 in the 4th, but all in all, not bad given the circumstances. 1 1 Quote
GASabresIUFan Posted December 16 Posted December 16 I’m proud of the Bills. They played without Douglas, Rapp and Hamlin. Then Bishop went down. The officials did a great job keeping Det in the game. Despite this the Bills found a way to win. Hopefully the DBs will be back before the playoffs. 1 3 Quote
Maine-iac Posted December 16 Posted December 16 Absolutely love the offense. Love the win. I don't care about the injuries I'm never going to be happy about getting boat raced two weeks in a row. Quote

Big Turk Posted December 16 Posted December 16 (edited) Josh Allen MVP odds to -700... Nobody else in the picture now... Lamew moves into second place at 9-1, Barkley falls to 13-1. Bills scored 7 consecutive TDs for at least the 2nd time in team history...combining drives from last game and this game...other times was in the perfect game against the Pats.
