In a vacuum, I think Josh Allen is probably the best football player I've ever seen. I turned 41 this week, for reference.

I'm 59 and I whole-heartedly agree...

Great game. The offense is back to elite with Brady after wandering through the Dorsey vanilla wilderness. McD seemed fine today, no issues except calling that TO on a 4th down for the other team (which never works). Defense is walking wounded but I thought Elam and Bishop were decent against a really good passing offense. But tackling and ball awareness are still so inconsistent.  Bass is still a question mark, great kicks but how did he miss that short FG?

I find that funny because your post cuts off the stats. It looks like Josh is the "first player in NFL history". That's high praise

Is McDermott not responsible for whose in charge of the offense?

No idea if he is or not but he doesn’t have ***** to do with what our offense is. His ***** clock management and dog**** defensive philosophy is going to cost us again.  Josh is the only reason we are what we are and the only reason he’s still a head coach.

Isn't our head coach a defensive mastermind? We certainly spend a lot of cap space on oft injured defensive players

How many starters were out of the lineup? How many got hurt during the game?

Not the game to criticize the defense.

Elam is the fourth biggest CB listed on our roster and he's not bigger than Benford or Douglas.  He also was benched early and often in his career because he was bad at tackling and in run support.  His coverage has pretty good and since the benching he's certainly looked like a willing tackler but Benford and Douglas are still better than him.  It might actually work out that by the time we have to resign him he'll have played his way into being a decent starter.

wont that be ironic

The Bills social media team is amazing and I have no doubt they did that on purpose.

Its that shot he took on the long bomb to Coleman. He was smiling and trying to play it off but he was definitely feeling it after that hit. If it was that play like I think we're looking at chest or ribs maybe

We didnt shut down the best team in the league.  We suck.  Nah.  This board is pathetic.

No one said we need to shut down the Lions.  But with this defense, all the pressure is on Allen NOT to make a mistake.  How about Mcdormett and his staff give Allen alittle breathing room, so when he scores 4+ TDs a week it doesnt come down to the last 12 seconds.
