It was 100% an idiotic call lol. Maybe back in the surprise onside kick glory days you go for that. It was honestly dumb luck on campbells part we returned it so far and didn’t kill much clock lol

They lost a ton of defensive players to injury in this game. IMO this was Campbell realizing trading scores isn’t going to cut it. It was low percentage, but without stealing a possession, even with them shredding our defense, they’re just treading water.

I mean, you see how bad our defense is and how easy the Lions are moving the ball.  Just makes it even more strange for them to try that onside kick there.

This game changed with Williams went out earlier.  We obviously had a plan with him on defense and the defense was playing well with him on the field.  Now we lose Milano and Bishop on top of all the other injuries and our whole scheme and plan has seemed to have gone out the window.

Milano is out…..why not put in Williams over Spector unless Williams is hurt too?

Williams picked up an injury early on. He may not be 'out' by risk him when the Bills are up by 17 in the fourth and the offense is playing up against a beaten up defense... with Campbell gifting them field position.

Just as the Bills were starting to finally look healthy, guys start dropping again. It’s the Bills way. There will ALWAYS be injuries.
and it’s pretty much all defense now. 5-6 guys out
