I ran a 1:09 400m and I've run a 5:50 mile. Doing some workouts trying to run a faster 400 I've done strides where I hit low to mid 3 minute pace but I couldn't sustain that for a full lap. So I can hit 16 (maybe 17 or 18 mph) but certainly couldn't sustain it for more than the backstretch of a track. Strava doesn't have any step data that I can find. Fun thing about Strava is the segments and the 400m at the local track. For a while I was 4th fastest but every year a few more kids pick me off. Now I'm probably 13th or 14th. How old were you for the 400m? And the 1600? I'll never touch my PRs again. Quote

He's not a top 5 back. He's a darn good player...but don't be a homer. He's in the tier with Montgomery, Hall, Hubbard, Connor, Harris, Walker There’s enough undebatable guys there to push him out of the top 5 for sure but I think I’d def argue cook could be better than enough guys on that list to get him in the top 10. Averaging out you and the guy you were responding to and putting him at 8 or 9 is what I’d go with 😂 Quote

Did Beane say he was going to be a lead back after the draft? Can’t remember. He was seen as a catcher/3rd down type of guy, but he’s jumped my expectations and everyone else’s on this board 🫣 Quote
