OMG...Browns have had 19!! Seasons with 10 losses or more since rejoining the NFL in 1999...

 

Talk about bad...

Cleveland can't even line up to punt properly...illegal formation on a punt...SMFH

Unlikely. Chargers, Broncos or Ravens would need lose at least 2 games and Bengals would have to win out. Then they still might lose on tie breakers.
