Horrible Sabres hockey

Unwatchable college basketball

 

I'm at the gym now killing it on incline press. Planning on being in the shop to pit the finish on my circular wall mirror and start rough milling some cherry for two tables.

There is zero reason not to have NFL games this Saturday.  Its amazing they are not playing today because of the army navy FCS level game.

It's an awful weekend for sports only because I expect the Bills to lose.

 

If the Bills in fact beat the Lions, it's a wonderful weekend IMHO regardless of what else is happening.  Truly wonderful.

Good question. 

I really don't like basketball as a sport. Never really did college or pro

I remember when as soon as college ended the NFL had 2 or 4 Saturday games in December.

I will never complain about a sports weekend during football season. Talk to me in mid February when there is no football, no baseball, Sabres are eliminated from the playoffs, NBA and NCAA hoops are just chugging along in the regular season. That is brutal.

It’s an awful sports day. The first Saturday without meaningful football is always depressing. Army & Navy are at least both pretty good but that game is still a “background game” to me. The 1st Saturday with meaningful football is like Christmas. This day is like the day you start taking your decorations down.

And I’m pretty sure next weekend we have an absurd overload of big games with NFL up against the CFP.
