Cole Bishop - With both starting Safeties questionable Bishop may actually see some playing time. Somebody from the last line of the Defense will have to stop Montgomery and Gibbs.

“Impact player” will be Ed Oliver - who will be totally invisible, nothing on the stat sheet at all this game. Will be run over and blocked out - and be the key reason the defense gets steamrolled and the Bills lose…☹️

The running backs by committee will be crucial to winning this game, increasing time of possession and keeping the Lions offense off the field. Also the Buffalo defensive line is going to need to be dominant enough to get some critical stops. Both teams have great offenses, but the one that wins time of possession likely wins. That being said:

James Cook and Groot.

The Bills wisen up and finally actually commit to the run, and getting the backs more involved, and in more creative ways.

Cook and/or Davis, though Johnson seems to make a very positive play every  time he touches the ball.

Cooper on offense

Elam on defense

I think Elam is going allow them to play man more and he's going to be cb2 for the rest of the year. I think it's also going to take the bills defense up a notch

Honorable mention is Dorian Williams in 3 lb sets

That would be ideal, but I think Elam could be Revis Island 2.0 and McD still wouldn’t play him next week.

Thanks. Forget the game and take a walk around that desert. Avoid the gila monsters.

I’m going with Ty Johnson, guy has been really good this year with limited touches, I think we will be passing a lot, so I’m looking for him to see more action and take some more of those screens/dump offs for big gains.  I got him putting up 85 yards and a TD today.

Is it too late to say Ty Johnson? 😆

Congrats to both of you picking Ty Johnson.

@DCofNC, mad props for picking this specific mismatch. Ty was a beast!

5 catches 114 yards and 2 carries for 9 yards.

Go Bills!
