It's been nearly 15 years since I have seen True Grit but I recall it was a good movie. Common sense media gives it a 15+ rating but worst rating is 4/5 for violence and scariness and only a 1 for sex, romance and nudity. Wife usually approves such movies.

As much as Jeff Bridges crushed it I was totally blown away by Hailey Steinfeld; she was an absolute scene stealer.

One of the few movies I've ever rented more than once it was so well done.
