chris heff Posted December 12 Posted December 12 The new kickoff is dumb, what does it accomplish? On most teams get the ball at the 30 now, instead of 25. Quote

I believe it was Saints/Colts Super Bowl they opened a half with the surprise onside kick. If you line up for an onside kick, can you decide to pick it deep? How does that work? Yeah you can't do a surprise inside kick anymore. You have to declare it and you also have to be trailing in the 4th quarter to be able to even attempt it. 3 hours ago, chris heff said: The new kickoff is dumb, what does it accomplish? They are talking about further tweaking it so that the kickoff either is further back to prevent so many TBs or the penalty for a TB for kicking into the end zone is to the 35 yard line instead of the 30. Very true! But on the flip side would you take your chances with our defense on a 4th and long? Not me! Quote

T master Posted December 12 Posted December 12 Given all of the bad calls i feel every play should be at the least looked at, and if anything looks as if a call could have been missed like a face mask then it needs to be corrected or like the RT in the Rams game was consistently & blatantly jumping the snap, those things need to have another set or 2 of eyes that tell those refs on the field - hey keep a eye on this . I don't want the Bills to quite possibly make it to the SB and lose it or get knocked out of the running for it in a game because of a bad call . Who knows if some of that was done in the Rams game the Bills may have been the winner . Quote
Freddie's Dead Posted December 12 Posted December 12 Good to see that such a fine upstanding POS like Troy Vincent is looking out for player safety. JP Losman endorsed this message. Quote
